Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford

We booked this hotel after our flight landed later than we were expecting. We didn’t want to make the drive to California in the dark so found this hotel nearby. The check in process was super simple and the front desk lady working that evening was extremely pleasant and welcoming (I believe her name was Melissa?) She gave us some great recommendations for places to check out during our drive to California and it was very much appreciated! The lobby was very clean and well decorated as well! The room was clean and the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. My one suggestion would be to invest in better bacon at breakfast.. we very much appreciated complimentary breakfast but the bacon left much to be desired. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would book there again if we were in the area!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights, I was pleased with the place, towels and bed linens smelled clean and didn't gross you out. I thought the free breakfast was pretty good for motel comparison, the coffee was better than I expected for a motel, I would stay again if in the area.

WOW!!! What an incredible Best Western. The staff are amazing!!!! When the going gets tuff these people really pull together. Super nice. Dan is very helpful and nice. The maintenance man does everything. The general manager is so incredible that when she leaves work I personally heard her employee's say love you as she left. I definitely don't tell my boss that!!!. The breakfast is above par. Rooms were super clean!!! You can't go wrong staying here.

The hotel is what one can expect of a well maintained Best Western — nice, comfortable clean rooms that you'll be able to have a good, relaxing night's sleep in.

Stand out feature? The breakfast bar — it won me over with the make-your-own-fresh-waffle station. :D

But the best part? Hands down, the front desk staff!

Only thing I was not a fan of was there was no carpet in the rooms. It was all the stick and peel vinyl. Being a pet friendly hotel I'm sure this is an easier option for them.

We come here pretty often, due to Affinity circuit. It is always the go to. They also are awesome for last minute rooms. staff is fantastic. Breakfast Is alright rooms are clean. I have stayed here quite a few time and never had a bad experience.

This was a newer hotel, clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly. Safe looking neighborhood!
Only down side was restaurant selections in the area aren’t great and it’s a ways from Medford. Especially arriving at 7pm.
Breakfast was terrible, poor selection and by 7am there wasn’t much left.

Was looking for a hotel with reasonable prices, breakfast, and a hot tub (that actually still was available and not shut down for some reason). I was not disappointed. The entire experience from checking in was wonderful. The manager was friendly and checked to make sure I was doing well and even praised and pet my service pup (after asking permission). The front desk clerks were accommodating and knowledgeable. Breakfast was wonderful from the waffles to the eggs, the girl was running herself crazy keeping up with the huge work crew staying here as well as regular guests and she did amazing and still managed to be friendly when anyone inquired about something specific. Housekeeping was all smiles and helpful as anyone could ever ask for. Thanks for the awesome experience I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Pulling in to the area of the hotel I was a little nervous it was going to be bad, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff were all very friendly, the room was nice and very clean. Even the bed was really comfortable. Would absolutely stay again, thank you!

As a last minute trip to this area I was very pleased with how clean it was. Makes for a relaxing stay. Had 2 young rowdy boys with us and the pool was a huge hit for them! The breakfast was outstanding for a Hotel one lol. I usually don't have high expectations but it was delicious and blew me away with how much food was made available to you. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

This was a great hotel for my stay. It is pet friendly with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast. Staff were friendly when my key card decided to stop working. I would stay again.

Very clean, large room. Good lighting. Quiet, good sound insulation between rooms. Kid friendly pool. Fantastic breakfast bar with waffle makers, cereal, eggs, bacon or sausage, and more. Friendly staff, nice guests. Safe location. Not much noise from the highway. Plenty of good food nearby.

This is the absolute best hotel hands down!!! It is one of the most cleanest hotels I have ever been in. The staff there is amazing from the front desk folks to the maids and the handyman there. It’s nice when you’re treated like family when you go to the motel… y’all are amazing

I wasn’t sure what to expect since now days everything is photoshopped. I must say when we arrived the parking looked great, the lobby smelled good and every employee wore a mask and had a sanitizer bottle in one hand. They actually do use it!! The staff is amazing! Allie the front desk supervisor was most welcoming. Josie, the kitchen attendant took pride in making our continental breakfast every morning.
We came down from San Diego California to visit my daughter in White City Oregon. We stayed at Best Western for a whole nine days along with our grand dog Einstein.
The minute you walk into the lobby and into your room you can smell the clean fresh scent. Our room was spacious, it had a nice size refrigerator along with a microwave and a coffee pot. Whichwe never used because there was always fresh coffee in the lobby along with hot tea. I love that they have plenty of parking, and a nice size dog area. The one thing that could have been just a bit better is there housekeeping. Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad but you definitely have to be specific about what you want clean in your room . There are plenty of places where you can grab a bite to eat nearby. We will definitely be coming back.

Best place for the money watching person like me everything was exalent and a girl named Amanda housekeeping she said she was new but she was so exalent In her service to help in a fast and present way when I asked for just extra soap without hesitation she also asked is there anything else I can get you to help make your stay more enjoyable? My wife was so surprised at her generosity and willingness to help our stay worth wanting to come back.

The girls at the front desk Taylor, Nicole, and Monique were friendly, efficient, helpful, and provided great customer service! Also, Tony the manager was very helpful during my stay at best western! I want to give a shout out to Jaunita, she was the best! Always asking if I needed anything, and my favorite house keeper, always friendly and did a thorough job!

i went here on christmas day, and was greeted warmly and considerately. A hot bath, in a clean and warm room, made me forget about the troubles i had earlier with my water supply snd heat. i had a good rest and woke early for a complimentary breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon and eggs. a wonderful stay and a bargain with my $80 priceline VIP coupon.

we have stayed at this hotel 6 times and every time it has been one of the cleanest and most relaxing hotels I've stayed at. they are super accommodating with my dog with everything we needed including an extra towel or 2 in the room just incase of an accident. the pet area outside was close to the entrance so didnt have far to go for nightly "business trips"

Checked in super late with my kiddos which were beyond tired and the check in was a breeze, room was clean, tidy and cozy! Elegant and cute! Super quiet! Breakfast was yummy! Kept clean and the lady Dawn went above n beyond to keep my littles happy! It was her first day at breakfast and she deserve huge cudos!!!

The front desk service was friendly and knowledgeable. The property is clean and well maintained. I was told this is newly renovated as well as just becoming a Best Western. We stopped for the night on our road trip to California. I definitely would recommend this location.
