Metro by T-Mobile

I switched to T-Mobile last year and it's been the most WONDERFUL experience!! I have great service.. Never run out of data and if I ever have any questions I can come into the store and Adriana and Chloe are very helpful and diligent to help any of my needs with my services and any additional services I need. The plans are affordable and I just added a tablet to my plan today.. $15 a month for a tablet is super awesome!!!!! I use my phone for work and have had no problem with coverage in all areas I travel. I love going into the White City store location. I've always had the best experience!! I had my last phone provider for over 5 years and I'm so glad I made the decision to switch to T-Mobile!! I'm so happy they opened the store in White City.. not only are the employees amazing.. But the owner is really cool too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! 5+ STARS

We went in for an upgrade and Chloe was very helpful! We left not spending too much and got a good phone. Definitely recommend the white city store.

I took my aunt into metro yesterday to get a new phone we had asked her to please help us to switch her contacts and everything onto her new phone with a poor very unprofessional attitude she did so but was extremely rude. Also I asked if there was any problem with the phone if my aunt could come back and get help but Chloe replied with yes but I work with 2 other people but one is Mexican just so you know in a very rude unprofessional way. I feel like this should be brought to the managers attention as to her making such a rude comment about her co worker let alone how unprofessional and rude she was to me and my aunt
