This was a fairly good experience. Ms Taylor did a thorough job however, she could have communicated with me more regarding things. Overall though...good job!

Edit: My assessment needs editing as Katie did change law firms during our time together, and with this law firm she was a lot more present and her team was top notch. Questions were answered same day, if not by her, then by someone of her team. Thank you

I worked with Katie Taylor for a couple of years on my claim and she always responded within 1 day providing it was not a holiday or weekend. I was denied my claim initially, but she and her firm pushed it through again and was successful. The complaints I've seen on Google reviews mentioned she nor the firm don't deserve 25% but remember, if you don't get anything, neither do they. I paid the maximum and am fine with my share going to those that were denied in the end. Katie was wonderful!

Katie Taylor took my daughter’s SSI case after we dealt with it for a few years. It wasn’t instant, but it was fruitful. We are very satisfied with her work and obvious expertise. She was very thorough in asking questions, and helpful when we were required to repeat steps that were unnecessary. Also, every time I had a question or concern, I received a response in a fair, timely manner.

We contacted their office and was hooked with up Ms. Taylor in January and had his decision of approval and received his first check in July. We only filled out a few papers and their office did the rest.

Never had help from an attorney before in my life and at 1st I was nervous about it and as time went on I felt more comfortable and they were of great help with my case.
