My 44 year old son went to the Emergency Dept. He was in agony
he had to wait some. Everyone was nice there. Admitting, the ED, nurses, doctors. Radiology, CT scan. Trip to Worcester for MRI. He did have to sleep there for 3 nighrs in the ED. He had a nice clean room, alone. Thank you for all of your help and kindness.

No one "wants" to go to the hospital, let alone the ER during the height of winter sicknesses. The wait times are displayed online, setting expectations. Shout out to George, Carrie and Dr McQuaide for great bedside manner and keeping things moving!

I am so thankful to the emergency department team for helping my son. They were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. They made the scariest night of my life turn out okay. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with the ED!!!

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been there several times through the years from asthma attacks , pneumonia, covid ,and so on and forth and never had a bad experience here . I think maybe y'all need to have more patience. Keep in mind their not just serving leominster, they are serving all surrounding towns.snd they are short staffed

Went in last winter for nail glue in my eye, was brought in maybe less than 20 minutes after triage and was taken care of by a very nice tech and PA very quickly who handled some of my concerns and emotions about the situation very well and reassured me about eye damage during my visit and had a quick, smooth followup

Triaging nurses were calm about the situation despite my distress and concern and helped me take a breather to calm myself by talking with me during triage in a very nice manner

Thank you to all if you’re reading this!

I went in for a surgery for my lazy eye. The nurse’s were very nice and talked me through it since it was my first surgery. When they were getting ready to put me under they comforted me by talking about my favorite tv show. When I woke up they were there to comfort me and help me.

My mother passed away last week, and looking back I do not think I could say enough about the experience my family and I had during this difficult ordeal. The staff treated not only my mother, but also my family. It seemed to get to a point that our family absorbed the hospital staff into our own family. Doctor's would linger during long conversations, nurses would hug each of us and wipe tears from their eyes when they were changing shifts, and I do not know where to begin when describing the Palliative Care group. The social workers, consulting physicians, chaplains, and the "Comfort Team" (CARES), made the whole experience, not only bearable, but they truly helped us all see the whole end of life experience as, as much as it can be, a thing of beauty. I am so thankful that my mother was able to pass peacefully surrounded by friends, family, and the caring staff there at Leominster Hospital.

I went to the ER for an emergency and was hospitalized for four days and had two operations. The doctors, nurses and everyone were awesome. Great bedside manners very professional. The only thing I didn’t care much for was the food but hey for four days and the fact I could have solids until the last day I give them a pass on that 😊

I don't know what everyone's problem is with this hospital but I have delivered 2 of my kids here and I'm getting induced Friday with my last baby..... I have never had an issue with a single staff member m. Everything I asked for was taken cared of and if they couldn't provide what i wanted then they compromised. Great staff. Great L&D department. Great food! (Better than umass) keep up the great work!

Upon arrival to Clinton er it was identified I had a blockage in my bile duct. Was transferred for leominster by ambulance. I can't say enough good things about every provider I came in contact with. The nurses were extremely supportive and tended to my every need. They walked me through every step of the process and showed extreme compassion as they were preparing me for surgery.

I birthed both of my kids there in 2016 & 2018 and the staff was amazing & very friendly both times. The maternity ward was quite simple & small but it was nice and quiet. I was treated very well there.

Visited UMass Memorial's Leominster Emergency Room for the first time and was just bowled over by both the skills and humanity of the staff. To my two nurses Donna and Debbie, to the ER receptionist Sarah, and to the wonderful Dr. Hanson who took care of me, thanks for being not just good at your jobs technically, but for being so caring and compassionate. Hospitals can be a cold, rushed and unwelcoming place, with harried staff and brusk manners, and while that is in some ways understandable, UMass Memorial - Health Alliance is the exception to that rule, and I highly recommend it based on my treatment there today. Five stars!
