Medford BMW is top to bottom the Best dealership and service experience I’ve ever had. Extremely well managed and well staffed. Every employee I encountered was kind, courteous, professional, and highly proficient at their job. Thorough, honest, high quality service work. I recommend them over any other dealership. They’re worth the drive.

Great first experience overall; staff was welcoming, helpful, scheduled service was completed faster than expected. Considered a star less than 5, only because a shuttle ride to someplace to wait was not offered. It was surprising for me that Southern Oregon Subaru shuttled me to a coffee shop while getting my scheduled oil change that same morning (bought my car from SO Subaru). Medford BMW is further from ammenities; so I sat outside the building under the awning, working with clients from my laptop. *I should note I don't live in the area, so drove over for both scheduled services from SO Subaru and Medford BMW that day. Overall, satisfied and will consider for other maintenance in the future.

12/14 New X5 my dream car!
Its beautiful X5, and I love this place my sales guy was Justin and he was amazing. He is super friendly salesperson and top notch. If you want a great car coming here is seamless purchase. Lilian finance manager is so nice. We have purchased two cars here, and I will come many -- many more times. I really can't say enough positive things about Medford BMW. Justin has honestly made this the best purchase we have ever done. The staff is super friendly and professional. This was awesome deal and beautiful X5. Did I say I love my new X5 love love.

I didn't expect to purchase a car this day. However, going and looking at used BMW was so easy here. The sales person walked towards us and we were like oh F... Here he comes, but I need to say Bill was great. He wasn't pushy and the great thing was he knows his stock. We looked at a used BMW and being 6'4 I didn't think I could fit comfortably but that wasn't the case I did with lots of room. This car is amazing to drive and I'm so glad I purchased it. Josh Aguirre has the positive, caring attitude and friendliness often missing at other dealerships. His attention to detail, and the way my car .. and my needs are handled, is terriffic.
Practically everyone at Medford BMW seems to carry that same enthusiasm. A customer is hard pressed to find this kind of service in any business these days, but it still exists here with Josh and honestly, all the folks at Medford BMW.
