BuxBear Storage Medford Sky Park Drive

Most positive business encounter I’ve had in a long time all of it was wonderful helping me with all my needs and made me smile while she was doing it. This is the facility on Skypark Drive and I highly recommend their services.

Got a good price compared to everywhere else. The only downside side is they started closing a 7pm when it was 9pm previously. It's all automated, and the office is at another location, so there isn't really a good reason to take away those two hours. If I find a place that stays open later, I'll be moving there. Those two hours make a huge difference for me.
Edit; I guess 7pm is the preferred closing time everywhere. I hope when the days get longer they might consider adjusting the gate hours. overall, its a great location with great customer service and rates that are better than most facilities.

I have been renting here for at least 15 years, if not more. The prices have gone up, but I do enjoy my interactions with the staff of this facility. They are always nice and pleasant to deal with. Tamara is a sweetheart and always willing to help me out. The new owners recently painted the doors to each unit, put up new numbers, and replaced the keypads. If you are looking for a convenient and secure place to rent a storage unit, give these folks a try!
