I love that I was able to sign up online on a weekend night to reserve a unit. The office called me the next day to confirm and gave clear directions to my unit. Communication with staff was respectful and prompt. I only needed the unit for a week, and was then refunded for the remainder of my monthly fee. I would highly recommend this self-storage business.

Safe, Temperature-controlled (some units), safe unita insode a locked gate. Really like having a storage unit here
My only complaint would be that the u it's can only be accessed until 8pm. With a locked gate I wish the hours would be 24/7 so I could go to my unit whenever I need.

Rod & Karen are your classic neighborhood friendly proprietors! I browsed online, liked their prices, & drove over there. I was impressed. It's gated, very clean and nice looking. Managers were available(!) and showed me units to compare. I signed right up. No need to look further. The paperwork was easy. Karen streamlined the process and it went perfectly. I'm happy.

It is hard to get a unit there, because they are always sold out, for the simple reasons other comments refer to.
In addition, having a property manager and excellent new camera systems behind the fence helps one sleep at night.
I had several other storage locations in the Rogue Valley over a ten year period and finally moved everything to Phoenix. All I can say is: Sorry if you can't get a place there soon, but I would recommend getting on a waiting list and move there when you can.
Five stars doesn't come easy - the managers have definitely earned it.
For me, it was worth the wait to get in.

I am relocating to Medford area and NEEDED a storage facility quick... called and talked to manager...was VERY helpful with options and so got one..well I have way too much junk so needed another and manager was willing to meet me early and assisted me in getting lock on and paperwork ASAP so I could get back on the road! It was almost like a drive through process! Thanks so much. The facility is clean and well lighted and I feel secure. Insulated ceiling will help with cooler temps but hopefully will empty this when we move.. Price was right and customer service was above and beyond what I have had in past storage facilities. Cannot say thanks enough! Rich

Phoenix Self Storage is a great place to store those extra items you don’t have room for. I recently cleaned out my storage unit after keeping some things stored at Phoenix Self Storage for several years. The manager and staff are extremely helpful and made it so easy to transition from a large to a smaller unit when I needed to. The grounds are clean, well maintained and secure at all times. Automatic billing is available and was very convenient as I live outside the area.

The folks at Phoenix Storage are beyond amazing!! They are Always available if I need anything. I've had several storage units from them over the years and they are always immaculate and the grounds are very well maintained!! I can't recommend highly enough!!

Incredible service here during our relocation to Ashland from Los Angeles. Rod was so trustworthy and helpful. He saved us a great space and helped us all along the way. The space was clean, easily accessible, affordable, and we never had any problems. Sad to leave when we finally moved into permanent digs 6 months later. Thank you Rod and Phoenix Storage.

I never write reviews but this place is so awesome! Super sweet staff went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. 11/10 recommend if you need storage in the Medford / Ashland area! :)

Have rented units here for years....really clean, very good and friendly long-term on-site managers, affordable (have done comparison shopping in the last six months), locking/code gate, cameras outside and in inside aisles, accessible.

This place is fantastic! A variety of sizes at very affordable prices. The grounds were always very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice.

These guys are super easy to work with, very honest, and try to make it easy for you knowing how stressful moving can be. 100% recommend them if you are wanting to store things in the area.

Although they had no units available, they recommended a nearby self storage that did. They were also very patient with me while I cared for my sick dog in their yard
