Absolutely love this place! Always extremely helpful & very nice.

I enjoy walking around and looking at the furniture and booths. Nice place to shop and browse for vintage pieces.

Wow! This place is always stocked with the best stuff. New, antique, vintage and one of a kind can be found here. Plan on spending at least an hour looking around. Staff and owners are friendly and great you when you walk in if they see you. Personal one on one service that is hard to find in other places.
The store is always super clean and smells good.
They make you feel like they are glad you stopped in.
One of the local business that is good to support.

This business is one of my absolute favorite places in town! Always clean and freshly stocked with new items. The atmosphere is uplifting and pleasant with Christian music playing in the background which definitely makes them stand out and encourages me to support their local, family owned business as often as I can.

I saw this lamp about a month ago but decided to wait to buy it. Well, I couldn't stop thinking about it and kept Hoping it was still there so when I saw it there this time, I had to buy it. ❤

Ok yeah, they play Christian music. And? I’m not a Christian; just ignore it then. Some people always have to have something to complain about. But seriously, I love coming here. The store has super cute stuff and the staff is very friendly. 🙂

I love this store! They have a huge selection of furniture, new and refinished. Their store is full of a variety of home decor items at great prices! The owners and employees are always very welcoming and helpful. If you have any questions, they are always eager to help. I highly recommend going shopping here.❤❤❤

This is a fantastic place to shop. Everyone is so friendly. If you see something you like you better buy it. I have come to find that things sell FAST so don't wait if you like something, it may be gone when you go back for it. It is true that they don't hold items. I like that. I don't want to waste my time looking at items only to find out they are not for sale.
I like their simple check out. So many stores ask multiple questions at check out. Phone Number, zip code, email address, first born (just checking to see if your reading this). American Mercantile does not do this AT ALL. NO personal questions asked. Just like in the good ole days. You want it you buy it, it is that simple. I don't have to verify who I am for my vintage spice tin purchase. LOL

To the Karen's and the David's and the others leaving a negative review; I prefer to judge a place of business on its content and character in-serving others, you guys are awesome and though it's been a while since I've been in, love the establishment, more important i love the world class atmosphere of being appreciated as a customer! I always will recommend!! Thank you!!

I see that folks have a problem with the music or the beliefs this store has. Well if you turn it around you do the same thing we (Christian’s) are expected to be silent about our beliefs so you are not offended. Our society is broken! If you don’t believe that’s your right but we do so why should I or we cower to your non belief!? Enjoy the shopping if the music is so horrible then don’t go but don’t spread your negative words. I don’t expect all of the human race to believe in the same thing and I don’t judge if you don’t that’s your journey not mine. Spread support and kindness to all of the human race we have enough separation in our planet be the change show the kindness help those that may need it! I believe God loves all people no matter whether they believe or not!

This place is an absolute treasure trove. So many of my unique pieces of furniture have come from here at absolutely reasonable prices. The staff is always pleasant and cheerful and the music is always perfect for a relaxing stroll through the store. I am thankful that we have such a wonderful “small business” to support just right down the road. Thanks you for being a wonderful place to shop!

This is the most wonderful store to shop in!! I love all of the new signs, and beautiful new farm tables, Jake and Crista the owners make. The whole store is a fun delightful experience!! I always find fun things there for gifts and things I just can't live without.

One of the coolest shops in town! Seriously every time I come in here it always seems like there’s a new antique or piece of furniture to add to the aesthetic of my house! I’d 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to spruce up the house while keeping it within budget.

I love this place, and if you like farmhouse decor or vintage treasures you will too. Prices a very reasonable for the most part. My wife and I go around the holidays to pick up little pieces to use as accents around d the house for a few bucks each. It is our favorite of all the businesses in the area with merchant booths, and there are plenty. Highly reccomended!

American Mercantile is fun, eclectic and enjoyable. The owners are positive people who also say-it-like-it-is. We are living in strange times and this place feels like a reprieve. Where you can come find something fun for your home (let’s be real, staying at home and staring at the same stuff for months on end breathes a desire for something new!), meet kind people who actually care about YOU (not just whether your face is covered) and have fun listening to positive music. I personally have trauma from face coverings and I can’t really go anywhere. These people treat me like a human and respect that each individual has a different story and might need something different than the mandate forces. I love shopping all the different vendors and seeing the beautiful things they bring in. It’s a great place to stop!

I love going to the American Mercantile in Medford, Or. They have so much cool stuff - vintage furniture and things, farmhouse decor and everything in between! The staff are friendly and helpful and it's always clean and relaxing to go there.

My family and I absolutely love this store. You find something new every time you come in and there’s always a treasure or two to come out with. Highly recommend!
