Storage is conveniently located and the unit was spotless. Everyone I spoke to at the office were very nice and very accommodating.

I moved to town and needed a unit to store some boxes. It was very simple to rent a space, the agent Luis was very friendly and spent time in explaining each clause of the contract - month to month rental, new and very clean unit... it took us less than 30 min to set it up. During the rental period we accessed the unit several times, never had any issue. Today, we removed the last box. Very easy process, Kelly was friendly and efficiently closed our contract. I highly recommend this location for storage.

Very clean facility with a lot to offer customers. Matt helped my dad and I choose a locker that would best fit our needs and walked us through all the security measures they take to ensure that our things are safe. Matt toured us to different lockers and was very informative and funny.

Matt and Becky are fantastic! I have been renting a unit for a year now and just upgraded to a larger one and they were so fun to talk with and be around! They are extremely helpful. Once I locked my unit and Becky called me almost immediately to let me know I had not locked it correctly so that I could fix it before anything happened. Very safe place and very clean! I love the online booking option! It makes things so much easier and also saves money in the long run. I am saving approx $50 a month by booking online instead of in person. Customer service here is top notch also. As long as you pay your bill on time I don't forsee any negative issues with them. In fact, I referred my best friend here shortly after renting my unit.

Very well maintained and great property manager! I never worried about the security of my things. The move in and move out process is very simple. I recommend this storage place 100%!

Becky the manager is awesome.she called me every few weeks to see if I was ready for my storage unit and finally when I was she was on top of it. Had me set up in less than 10 minutes showed me the unit and I signed all the paper work and was loading my unit right then. This is the nicest cleanest storage business is have every seen. Reserved a 10x20 unit online, when I arrived to the facility I was greeted at the door by Becky, who was very friendly and helpful. She was able to show me my unit, the entrances on the side of the building and explained how to work the dock pIate. I found the unit to be very clean along with the entire building. This facility is a great location for my family as our house is just 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend the company and location again to anyone who needs storage!

We were in need of storage for a renovation and ExtraSpace offered not only convenient location to our home but also clean, heated (important), indoor storage for competitive rates. Matt was extremely friendly, accommodating, and straightforward with my questions, and got me into a unit that day. Luis was very helpful when I called to get a space and also the day I arrived to put some items in storage. He helped me find my unit and helped me with the lock when I couldn't figure it out. It was very clean and nice and I was thankful for the little carts they provide because I didn't have to acarry all my things in one at a time.

They were really great. You need a cylinder lock and a cheap insurance fee but the first month is free and the rates are super low online. Matt was super friendly and helpful.

When first looking into this storage facility I spoke to Becky a few times on the phone where she was more than helpful at providing me with information about their facility, ensuring I found the correct location, as well as pricing of the unit. She was also able to reserve me a unit for free until I was ready to move in at the end of the month.

When I came to the office she greeted me by name and made me feel very welcomed! She assured me of how often the units were cleaned and sprayed for pests,etc. Which I am very pleased with as you could tell she takes great care of the facility.

Unfortunately, the day I decided to move my stuff into storage it was a nasty, rainy day. However, Becky went above and beyond as she took it upon herself to move my unit closer to the loading dock so we wouldn’t have to move things out in the rain.There were many carts available to help take the load off of carrying my stuff to my unit. She even helped me with putting my lock on my unit to make sure it was in correctly. Overall, I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage!
