Great employees, they take the time to ask you how your day is and really seem to care. They'll offer you information on what drinks are popular, what drinks are their favorites, and even what drinks they like to make. The joint has a very nice environment.

Just picked up a couple of drinks from here. So glad we stopped at this location- the two blonde guys working were so happy and in a good mood and it made our days better just chatting with them . I wasn’t sure what to order so I told them what I liked and they made me something yummy. I would definitely stop by here again.

I visit this location every once in a while but my wife goes here every day on her break. She works just down the street. If there is a line and they see her there they will bring her drink out to her. It's always nice to be recognized at a business. The baristas there are very friendly and efficient. It's the best Dutch Bros in Medford for our money!

Awesome drive up coffee. We went back daily during our stay. The staff made our short time together fun too! After our 3rd morning they even knew our orders.

The very nice and extremely friendly young landy helped us make a few decisions and had a beautiful conversation with us both. Our first time there and she has us both excited to come back even if just for the great conversion with a young hot lady

I was having a pretty bad day, my car wouldn't start and I had to have it towed to the shop right next to this Dutch Bros. I decided to get a coffee before heading home and the barista was SO friendly and sympathetic. We had a great conversation and she ended up giving me my drink on the house! 🤩😍🤩😍🤩 I didn't get your name but THANK YOU!!! That made my day! Dutch bros is ALWAYS such a friendly atmosphere and I've never had a bad experience with them. 💙💙💙

Karin and Carmon know exactly what my order is and already have it started by the time I get to the window. The staff there really strive to get to know their regulars and seem to enjoy the cheerful atmosphere that you would expect from any Dutch Bros.

They screwed up and forgot to add coffee to our coffee 😁 so we circled back and the replace it and let us keep the milk shakes they sold us the first time with humor and grace.. will definitely be back
