Great, customer service. I love J. Crew's items!

I went to JCrew to find some pants for work, and Autumn was so helpful in helping me find the perfect pair! She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was finding everything okay and also talked to me about JCrew sizing (which I was so grateful for). Sometimes when I go into stores the employees ignore me or look at me like I couldn’t afford to buy their clothing because whatever I’m dressed in that day, but Autumn didn’t do that and was really great! Keep up the good work! 👍🏼

Great staff who are super willing to help!! They knew exactly how to jump in and help me figure out what dresses I needed. They have fabric swatches for J Crew bridesmaids dresses which you can look at in the store. Great experience!

I found the customer service here to be excellent. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful and even called several stores to help me find a peacoat I was looking for.
