I visited JoAnn’s on 5 Sept. I bought some black sparkling fabric to finish a Christmas project. The line at the cut table wasn’t too bad and checkout was really fast. The staff was very efficient. Overall, the experience was great!

Kudos to this particular location. After a snafu at another location and terrible customer service from the Joann call center, Kathy helped me out! She certainly saved the day by helping me get the material I needed.

If you want fabric, anything for sewing, this is the place to go. Great store!

Outstanding customer service and great staff!

Love this location, practically every employee is wonderful and happy to help. They are always curious about what you're making and will offer feedback if suggested.

In my experience, they do have very slow checkout times but it's not the associate's fault that they are understaffed. Please be kind to these wonderful people who give us access to the world of crafting! I'm confident they are not paid enough to deal with anyone yelling at them.

I mostly went there just to scout the place out. I've lived down here for almost 20 years and I've never been to one. They have a ton of fabric as you can imagine and that's what separates them from places like hobby lobby or Michaels. They definitely have a lot more fabric. I was half-heartedly looking for long continuous pieces of fabric use as a curtain of sorts. They did have it here but it just winds up being a little bit cheaper on Amazon

Wonderful craft store, with a great & varied selection. They have helpful staff, especially in the fabric department. Since I have been shopping here, I have gotten 2 coupons with my receipt when I check out. One coupon is 50% off one item & the other has been 20% off you entire order. They keep me coming back!!

I have to say when I first started going to Jo-Ann's I kind of felt like there was never enough help. If I have a question I couldn't find anyone to help me. But I've been going there for awhile now and hands down it is one of the best fabric stores around... they have the best deals. I almost never go anywhere else. I even kind of find it easier to get assistance now, And them doing curbside pickup during Covid....I have to say ... I probably spent more money that way. Great job to all the employees at the Jo-Ann's in Fairview Heights.

I had ordered artificial flowers online after grabbing a few in person, and they were beautiful! However, the plans changed for the wedding. I had to return $500 worth of flowers. Their staff is always so pleasant and helpful! I never felt like a burden with my mess of returns. I used to work retail, and I was "that" person. Fortyish items and three receipts to work through. They were great to work with through that mess! I will be buying much more in the future from them.

Thing you are looking for and much more. It is friendly from management to the employees. They go out their way to assist you and they always have a smile when you come in and go out. You can see they are hard workers and the managers are very efficient. It is a great craft store.

The people here were beyond helpful and knowledgeable about their craft. I was looking for fabric to make blankets out of and also to have a cloak made for me. The staff there helped me with issues I didn't know would even be issues. The woman who helped me took special care to even trim off the words on the side of the fabric for me, which, had I tried to do it, it would have been a mess. I will definitely be coming back next time I need fabric!

Nothing like going in to use a 50% off coupon, only to be told you can't, because the item is already on sale, for 50% off! Now I'm buying 2! Great selection, clean store, friendly staff; what's not to like?!😃

Incredibly helpful staff. Was looking for a clearance item and almost four different people helped me search for it. It was very kind of them. They always have a great selection, and staff is knowledgeable and willing to help with project questions. Highly recommend.

Joann's always has a wide selection if the best scrapbooking supplies around, as well as just about anything else a crafty individual might need. They also frequently have really great sales.

The experience I had at the store was very pleasant. Everyone was helpful. The cashier, Kathy ,was particularly helpful.
I do wish the website was more user friendly. Far too cumbersome.

Great craft/ fabric store. We never shop without a coupon. They have coupons via mail, text messages, online, and through their app. Plenty of items from floral, wedding, baking, scrapbooking, woodworking, painting, pictures, knitting, sewing, fabrics, house decor, organization, kids crafts, kids corner, and even those adorable little odds and ends at the check out counter. They always have a sale on something, aaannnd if the item your looking for isn't on sale and can wait, wait another week. They tend to rotate their sales every week or two. Never pay full price!

My favorite place to shop for fabric. Sales on patterns, fabric, paints, wood boxes, cake making. Coupons galore. Get their app. Oh, I forgot jewelry making. You'll love it. I spend hours checking out all the sales. The place has a lot to offer. Have a question, all sales people are friendly and helpful. Enjoy!!
