AT&T Store

Me, my wife and son recently upgraded our phones. We stopped at a different location and proceeded to tell the guy what we wanted for our up grades as he was explaining the prices and billing. He said he would check to see what he had available in back and was gone for a few minutes. He returned with higher gb phones, not in colors we had chosen and said this was our options at higher cost. Also said we would have to take phones home to transfer and then bring old phone back to get trade in. We did not do our upgrade there and left.
As we were leaving we called AT&T store in the Fayette mall and spoke to Harley add asked if she had what we were looking for. Harley said she had what we needed. When we arrived here we were greeted and immediately began all the necessary information to have the phones we asked about. Harley was knowledgeable and quick to get us checked out and started transferring our old phones to the new ones. Harley and her associate was a great improvement form the other store we visited. Harley C. and Travis (I think was his name) are awesome people to do business with and a asset to AT&T.

Harley was fantastic. She was informative, helpful, kind, thoughtful and honest. I highly recommend anyone to visit the AT&T store in the Fayette Mall. We had spent time in other stores along the day to upgrade our phones. Other store's salesmen were pushy, dishonest and disengenuine. Coming to her store was an entirely different experience. She was orienting a new hire alongside her, I can't recall his name but he helped just as much and was just as kind.

Was having issues at Apple activating my new phone. Jeremy, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my phone activated. Had me in and out with a working device in less than 20 minutes. Very appreciative of his hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

The two salesmen that helped me yesterday evening were great! I came to the store to upgrade my phone. I had an older phone that I just paid off a few weeks ago. These two gentlemen were able to help me find the perfect phone! They were very knowledgeable and kind. I had to go back today to bring my phone and one of them remembered me. Overall great experience! I will definitely go back! I highly recommend over the other AT&T across the road on Reynolds Road.

Austin L. at this retail location truly went above and beyond to help me get my phone off of a unified plan and added to my partner's plan. We have tried this for YEARS at various retail stores and over the phone with customer service. Austin was able to contact the right department to resolve the situation and stayed way after closing time to do so. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't speak highly enough of him! I've been to several AT&T stores in Lexington but this is the only location I will go to from now on; employees at other locations were rude and very obviously did not want to help me with my issue so they told me to call customer service.
I visited this location on another occasion for a different reason and the associate that helped that time was great as well. This is an all around great store; the employees put customer service over sales and for that I will return to this location for all of my wireless needs and recommend this location to my friends and family as well.

My iPhone 7 worked perfectly fine for 6 years and, after having several financial issues, the thing finally gave out. I rely on my phone for work, so it was a catastrophic issue that I couldn’t contact my supervisor for 3 days or so, and didn’t have any money left to fix or replace it. After confirming the damage at the apple store, I turned to Jaylin and Josh at the AT&T store at the Fayette mall, and they were the most helpful strangers I’ve ever met. I explained my situation and Jaylin had found an upgrade due with my plan, and they set me up with a new phone. They said all I had to pay was the taxes up front, but I had not a dime to spare. This is when the manager, Josh, had taken his own hard earned money, and paid for the dues up front for me. I’m eternally grateful for the help of these two strangers, whom I had just met, and I sincerely believe these two gentlemen deserve a raise. If you are in the Lexington area, I highly recommend the AT&T store in the fayette mall. They made it possible for me to be able to keep making money when I was at my financial worst, and I have no doubts that they will take care of you as well!

Initially I had gone to the apple store in the mall, due to Covid they are by appointment only (which I get, and completely understand) however I had questions about the iPhone upgrade program that no one could help me with, they turned me away and told me to go to the AT&T store. So I went over there, Austin was amazing! I explained all my questions, he helped me pull up my account- but because I was part of Apples upgrade program I couldn’t buy from AT&T, he went a step further called apple support and helped get through the upgrade program and get my questions answered. He by far exceeded my expectations, and was kind and patient throughout the entire experience! Thank you so much again Austin!

The folks that work in the store are always eager and happy to assist my needs. Finally they have great management and a great team they are keepers for sure. I can’t thank them enough ever time they have to help me. Always a smiling, fun and happy experience with them all. I know know them all by name so thanks so much Matt, Tyler, Alex, Alexa and Christian!

Austin was great! Helped me by figuring out what other cell plans would work good for me. Answered questions that I had when it came to adding and removing devices. Also, decided to upgrade my phone and Austin explained the different upgrade options. He is very informative and has a wide range of knowledge. Also, he is fun to talk to while waiting for the devices to finish getting set up. Very personable and and easy person to communicate with. If I ever need anything else, I will definitely be back so Austin can help me!

I needed a new SIM card in my phone after store close, and Austin was not only willing to help me but enthusiastic about me. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very kind. Immensely grateful for quality Salesman like Austin.

Austin assisted us at the Fayette mall att store today. He showed excellent customer service skills and was able to answer any questions we had. Staffing changes has made a world of difference here, I was shocked to see so many knowledgeable employees in this store. Its always convenient for us to go to this store because we go to the mall to do most of our shopping when we are in Lexington and the last upgrade I did ended up getting me 2 new iPhones for$300 after the manager knew a way to allow me to trade in my phones and take advantage of a BOGO deal they had. Overall pleasant conversation and I felt they went out of their way to help save me money.

I'm an AT&T customer, I was having trouble with phone . While in the mall I decided to stop in the AT&T store. MarQuaze Hill was working, he was able to solve my phone issues. I would like to let AT&T know how outstanding of a young man that have working for them and that I'm much appreciative of his assistance.

Jeremy helped my husband and I today get set up with the literal LAST TWO iPhone 13s in the store. We really appreciated all of his help. He's super knowledgable and really chill. Thanks, Jeremy + ATT Fayette Mall. Bomb.com :)

I had a great experience with the team at this location. Alexa was super friendly and knowledgeable and Matt was very fast at making sure my account was taken care of and switched over. thanks to the team here and ill definitely be recommending them to everyone i know.

The sales reps went above and beyond for us. They made sure our needs were met, were friendly and treated us as if they had known us for ever. Austen and the other two gentleman working provided the best customer service that I have ever received in a long time!

The staff member who helped us, Matt, was incredibly helpful in assisting us to choose our phones and accessories. He spent the time needed to explain the difference between the phone I had and my new one so that I understood how it works. He was very patient when I didn't understand some things, without making me feel dumb (even though I totally didn't get some basic stuff, 😆)

This store is excellent. We drive 34 miles to go to it b/c our local ATT stores are awful. Recently purchased a phone, then returned it within 6 days.(Gift didn’t suit.) They couldn’t have been nicer. Michael sold it to us, Clay handled the return. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Associate Luis Aguero helped me with a new SIM card. He did a great job. He greeted me promptly and fixed me up in only about 6 or 7 minutes or so. Then I was on my way quickly with my phone working. Thanks Luis!
