Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a drain shared between two baths that was clogged & left me in standing water after showering. I called to schedule a time and was told 3-5 but they would call before they sent someone to my address. I got a call at around 4:15 letting me know someone was on the way, and there were technicians at my door less than 10 minutes later. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff & Kevin. They were polite, professional & fixed our issue quickly! Very thankful for their service & highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I am really impressed by the work provided Roto Rooter. They were on time and very professional. My technician Brian was very knowledgeable and informative. He stayed until all of the drains were fixed and kept us informed during the process. Highly recommend!!!!

Two days after moving into our new house, the pipe from the house to our septic quit draining. I called Jeff Johnson of Roto-Rotor on a Sunday after being referred to him by a friend. He responded promptly to my call and was able to work around my own work schedule and showed up at 6:45am the next morning. He had our pipe flowing in about 15 minutes and showed me through the camera what the issue was and gave us a quote on repairs that could be done to prevent issues in the future. I will definitely be calling him again if any problems arise in the future.

My daughter had an emergency plumbing issue and we could not get ahold of maintenance. I had used Roto Rooter in the past. I called them first. Zach Morton came within hours on a Saturday. We are very happy with his service, not to mention grateful! The friends gathering didn’t have to be cancelled. Thank you for coming through again when needed.

My husband and I had a great experience using Roto-Rooter during a very stressful time with a main water line issue at our house, in which our laundry room and bathrooms were actively flooding. I was put in touch with Sarah Dent, who went above and beyond to help get our issue resolved. She was prompt in her responses and was able to have someone out to our house asap to get everything taken care of. The level of customer service we received should absolutely be recognized. Tried to change a faucet in the bathroom. After removing the old one the water valves under the sink were leaking. Called around and could not get anyone to come out today except for Rotor_Rooter. Arturo went to work right away and replaced both valves. He cleaned up as he worked. Did an outstanding job! If I have to call them again I would ask for him to come out.

After multiple calls and expense over the last 3 years, I called Roto-Rooter. What a change! Joel Marlow my technician came out looked at my sewer with a camera explained to me what he saw, and fit me in the next day. He spent the whole day replacing and installing new piping and in fact found the problem no one else had found. He put in a new clean out and stayed even into the dark to make sure my system was working. After spending over 10,000 dollars on previous repairs that didn’t fix the problem my first call will always be Roto-Rooter!

Had a plugged up sewer line that is rather old and has lots of scaling. I didn’t have a clean out either. Jeff came and unplug the line and camera the line for me and saw lots of scale and some issues that need to be taken care of. Gave me the cost. Called the next day and told them to go ahead and do it. Jeff and Kevin came out and did what needed to be done and put a clean out in. They were good guys, courteous, and efficient. They wanna here a little less than three hours. Everything is running splendid now. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Jeff and or Kevin. You won’t be disappointed.

After a long day at work I found myself with a plumbing issue that I needed help with. Brian came out to the cabin and quickly eliminated my issue. He even cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate the quality service and we be calling back if needed

I have used a couple different companies whenever I have any plumbing issues, but this is by far the best company. They were promt, responsive and most importantly knowledgeable. The guys name who serviced was Jeff. Highly recommended!

I was really impressed by the work from Roto-Rooter. Arturo was our plumber and he was able to quickly detect the source of our leak and start drying the area around it quickly. He was professional and communicative, and helped to relieve the stress my husband and I were feeling especially with the extension leak damage. I will always recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family.

I always request Joel Marlowe as he is patient in explaining what the issue is and offers his opinion and expertise as to what is going on and how to fix it with not just “bandaids” he will solve the problem!

Water heater liner ruptured and basement flooded on Saturday. Roto-Rooter came within 2 hours of calling and brought all the equipment needed to start cleanup. They stayed with it over the next several days and were also able to install a new water heater. Everyone was great, particularly Arturio. Highly recommended.

During the last winter I had suffered from extensive pipe damage. Some of the damage only became apparent months later after it was allegedly fixed by another service. Arturo was swift in response and repair time and walked me through each step of the process. He followed up with me to ensure I wouldn't need anymore repairs and steps I can take this coming winter to prevent another tragedy. Cannot say how happy I am that Dylan Luthe, our technician, was able to help us! He worked for 3 hours (even past 5pm) to make sure we got our drains fixed! He was so polite and patient and informative. We live in an older house, which made for a tougher job but he smiled and kept a great attitude the entire time! He was also kind enough to give the bottom of my shower a scrub down to get the gunk from the water backup off! All-around, he was just so awesome. Thank you Dylan for saving the day. You have no idea how much this house of ladies appreciates you!

Called Roto Rooter for backed up sink and leak repair. Flagg showed up on time and was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and to provide ways to prevent future issues.
