We just started using this center and have nothing but good things to say! It’s clean, bright and full of things to occupy and delight kids of all ages. The indoor play mountain is great! Great staff, friendly and caring.

My son went there because our normal daycare was closed for the day. The staff were great with him, the hours were extremely convenient, and we could not have been happier

My daughter is out of day are for a week before school starts. I really needed to work and decided to take her over to KidsPark Willow Grove. I registered her online which was quick and easy prior to going in. Once I arrived check in was fairly quick. They followed COVID protocols. My daughter had a fabulous day. The staff was very kind and caring. The can serve the kids meals and snacks which was super helpful. She didn’t want to come home. Don’t hesitate to check out this gem! We will be back for sure.

I can't say enough wonderful things about KidsPark in Willow Grove. My 7 year old spent the last three days there and had an absolutely amazing time.

We've been going to Kids Park since they opened (2010 i believe)? I was very nervous since I had never let anyone besides family watch the kids, but the kids love it there!

The place is really dirty according to my daughter. For example, there was a roach there once, and the floors are sticky. She said one time, "Mommy! I saw one of the teachers slam another kid on the red steps!" Please don't hurt these little kids. They are only a few years old. My daughter also got in trouble for CRYING. She was really upset about something tragic that happened and one of the staff yelled at her for being upset. You should let the kids express their feelings. I've noticed that whenever I drop my kid off, the staff just make the kids watch TV while they play on their phones. You should be paying attention to what the kids are doing before you yell at them. This is one of the only day cares around the area so I have to send my daughter here and I feel very guilty about that. If you can, please improve.

Wanted to get social interaction for my son. He just turned 3. He’s slightly on the spectrum in areas of speech and social interaction. I thought a place where I could drop him off for a few hours to be around others kids was great. Upon dropping him off these was no concerns. I explained to the young lady at the front why I wanted him there for a few hours. My sons Speech Therapist opted to drop in on him seeing as the environment was new. And what she basically informed me was the young lady in the back assigned to the kids was rude and lacked patience. My son kept going on the slide and she wanted him to stop because “could not attend to him each time he went on the slide”. “He requires too much attention and talking to and I don’t have the time for that”. 😳😳😳
Needless to say I was shocked so I went to get my son as soon as his ST called me. Upon arriving there my son was still on the slide and the young lady at the front went to get him. She kept saying to my son “Mom is here come on let’s go”. She said it about 2x when the young lady in the back said “Just pick him up”! With an annoyance in her tone. And I’m standing there just in disbelief. You are trained to work around kids. But the kids you have to attend to annoys you? The kids that was on their iPad or sitting in a corner playing was ok. But a child where you actually had to work got you upset. Upon getting my child the young lady at the front said “I’ll be honest with you, if you’re looking for a structured environment this is not the place for your son”. I supposed she wanted me to respond to her but the look on my face was one of please hand me my child so I can go. I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS BEST!

Went to take a look at the place. It was like a chapter out of Lord of the flies. The teachers were all huddled in the area by the front door gossiping, and the kids were left to handle themselves. It was like a zoo. While I was looking around, another kid punched mine, and of course the teachers didn't even notice because they were busy chit chatting and NOT minding the kids. I doubt this is a safe place for decent kids.

Forcing kids to wear a mask? Means you truly don’t care for kids.

FORMER EMPLOYEE
DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!

To start the overall quality has been going down for years. I worked here back in 2016/2017 and what kids park is today is a complete 180 from back then!!!

To express how bad it is I had a rule: if I was not on the clock my sons were not allowed at KidsPark. Felice, The director/owner; has degrees in childcare but visibly displays that she does not like children. She hires people who do NOT have childcare experience because she “just needs a body.” The current staff is overworked due to the fact that she doesn’t want to hire more staff (Felice claims payroll output is too high), there is MAX 2 staff members at a time to monitor the ENTIRE center by themselves.

The center itself is damaged. Certain parts of the walls have been duct taped to keep the panel from falling. The panel on the staircase also has duct tape and nails on every step. There is mice feces in the shelving units! If you lift the wooden cut outs for outlets you will see mice poop all throughout. 95% of the toys are broken, some are even rusted around the battery packs. None of the toys that should be interactive for the smaller ages have batteries.

The toys bought for learning can not be used because most are missing letters, other items are simply ripped. All the books are ripped, The chairs that children sit on to eat are cracked. The kids toilet was broken and duct taped for well over a year but I reported that to corporate and was told it has been fixed.

There is no preschool, no cooking club, no science club, no music club. No drama club….NOTHING THAT THE OTHER CENTERS OFFER IS OFFERED HERE! NOTHING! Felice doesn’t buy the supplies to do anything. Craft supplies consist of paper, glue, markers, scissors (most don’t cut), pipe cleaners and popsicle sticks and a bunch of broken crayons. Just google “craft supply list for toddlers” or schools and see how much she is missing. She refuses to buy craft supplies because she says “they’re just gonna mess my stuff up.” Felice doesn’t want the kids using paint or glitter either, she complains it gets all over her center.
Felice goes on vacation almost monthly, brags about how on weekends her and her husband refuse to cook and every Friday they go out to a restaurant… but there’s no craft supplies in KidsPark, the only food offerings are Mac n cheese, nuggets and Ellios pizza! The kids get apple juice or water, she doesn’t even offer milk like most childcare places.

Felice refuses to buy the basics for the center while spending money to buy pizzas, noodles, cakes, lunchables and candy for her GRANDKIDS. She has, depending on the; day 3-6 of her grandkids at the center. She wants staff to give registered children 3 nuggets for lunch at I believe $5.00 while her grandkids get 10 nuggets each FOR FREE. She buys fruit “for the center” but only serves it to her grandkids, to the point where I would make sure to bring my children their own fruit daily.
If her grandkids aren’t coming in that week there is no fruit options available.

Her grandkids run throughout the center injuring themselves and others. She allows her grandchildren to hang out unsupervised in the directors office although that’s not allowed.

I no longer work here because I requested a child be removed + not allowed back for my safety, my sons safety and the safety of all children enrolled. She refused to remove this child because she is very money hungry instead she choose to remove me from my position. She allows children who should not be there and have abused others to return and I will not allow that.

Think twice no matter how desperate you may be!!!! It’s not worth it! (I have pictures but choosing not to post them but I can if need be)
