The new space is beautiful! Jessica always does an amazing job on my hair and every time I am in that shampoo bowl with the massage chair and heat packs, I just drift off to the most peaceful place! Highly recommend it!

Jill is my hair stylist and she always does amazing! She gives great cuts and is an excellent colorist! At Joli, they give neck massages and hand massages as a part of you cut appointment. They also have options like brow tinting and a conditioning treatment that lasts for a while! I get one ever time and it lasts 8 weeks! It's a bit pricey, but the service is worth it! This salon is an Aveda concept salon. I truly look forward to everything they add for just a color retouch. Smelling calming oils while they massage your neck, hot tea, warm neck wrap and warm eye pillow and warm cushy pad for your chest while you're getting a wash. It's an all Aveda experience! Well worth it.

Joli is the best! I see Jill and have always had an excellent cut and overall salon experience. She does such a great job of listening to what you want and executing it flawlessly. I always leave feeling beautiful and pampered!

Every visit to Joli Salon is a wonderful experience! I feel welcome as soon as I walk in and I enjoy the professional and relaxed environment. Kasey is an excellent stylist and she listens to exactly what her clients want. I've never been happier with my hair and I never leave without booking my next appointment. I greatly enjoyed my experience! I received excellent care. My visit was so relaxing. I enjoyed hot tea, a hand massage, a wonderful shampoo/condition and an excellent haircut. All of the staff is very nice and friendly. All the stylists listen to what you ask for. All of the Aveda products they use are great and healthy for all types of hair. I have seen Kasey multiple times and she always does a great job. I always look forward to appointments at Joli.

Joli Salon was recommended to me from someone in another state prior to moving to Lexington. The stylist is Jill, and she did not disappoint in any way. Jill is an amazing with coloring and highlighting, and is a true artist and stylist with the scissors! She always discusses any changes I might want in my hair style or color. It’s relaxing and soothing when she gives the client a relaxing neck rub with an essential oil. When my hair is shampooed, and conditioner is placed, I receive a delightful and hand and arm massage, which relaxes each client even further. I feel blessed that I found Jill when I moved to Lexington! I recommend her, and the salon highly!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a staff member, I knew I was coming to a place that I would love. The professionalism and posh qualities were evident from the moment I stepped in. The Aveda experience is best when combine with all of the things they offer. From a hand massage, scalp massage, and a quick neck massage to the heated wraps that they use, you will know that they care about your experience when you come here. Olivia was absolutely the sweetest and best at getting my color back to where I wanted it! (I have been hair salon hopping around Lexington for quite some time now) I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I was looking for a new hair salon to try and decided to try Joli because I read good reviews online. I really liked this place. They offer you coffee or water (which was a plus seeing as my appointment was at 9 in the morning). They also give scalp, shoulder, and hand massages during your treatment. They had a mix up with my appointment not being in the system, but they were very apologetic and still worked me into their booked schedule.

My stylist was Niki, and she was awesome! She did my eyebrows along with a wash, cut, and style. I've had issues with other salons cutting my hair much shorter than I wanted, and she listened to my concerns and did exactly what I asked her to. My hair looked great, and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. The total cost of an eyebrow wax, a hair wash, cut and style, and the purchase of a $30 hair product ended up costing about $75. I will definitely keep going back. Any first-timers, ask for Niki, she's great!

I love Jessica and the other sweet ladies that work at this salon! The professionalism, hospitality and spa treatments really cause Joli to stand out among others! I love each and every service I receive through Joli and look forward to hair day every single time 💕

This place is amazing. Great service and fantastic products. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for since they are an Aveda Salon. If you have sensitive skin or scalp their products do very well. Also if you color your hair their products do not dry or damage or smell like a lot of other places. That has been co sister with any Aveda I have been to.
I have to say Wesley is an amazing stylist. She is a warm and caring person that is the first stylist who remembers me and will give me a hug and ask how the family is when I see her. She really listens and takes your opinion on mind and cares about how you like your cut or style. At Joli they really pamper you with flavored water and a hand massage and a hot mask and a scalp massage. I wish they had pedicures but that is about the only thing I miss.

Kasey did such an amazing job highlighting my hair! I love it and she got the color absolutely perfect and her foil technique is incredible! She is so sweet and talented! Wonderful atmosphere and people!

Went in for a hair treatment and eyebrow tinting. First time at Jolie's, first time at any salon matter of fact. Everyone was very friendly and patient. Wesley took the time to answer all my questions, and I had plenty so that's saying a lot! Sarah (I hope that's right)did my eyebrow tinting and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back for more services. Also, everyone wears masks and sanitize everything.

All of the ladies are warm and friendly and very professional. When I walked in they put a warm neck wrap on and let it stay while I was talking with the hairstylist. Then the stylist removed it and massaged my neck for a minute or two. Then, during the shampoo, they placed a warm body "pad" over my chest/abdomen. How wonderful!! All of this and a great haircut and brow wax! I am definitely going to return.

Had my first cut here. It's a very personal, amazing experience. Attentive detail every step. I was relaxed, massaged, waxed, cut, warmed. Even had coffee. All for $30. Niki will be my stylist until further notice.

I had my eyebrows done today by Kate and my hair dyed by Leann. Both turned out amazing! Leann took her time to make my ombre hair look awesome and gave me advice along the way. They also gave me a neck, scalp and hand massage. Definitely a wonderful experience!
