Target

Target has the best customer service team!! My item arrived severely damaged and they went above and beyond to try and find a product in store that would work, but they came up empty. I love shopping at Target!! They are the Chick Fil A of the retail world.

Had a really good experience placing an order online for pickup. Had a microwave unexpectedly die, and needed a quick replacement. I went with a slightly more expensive model at Target versus a cheaper one at Amazon mostly because I could pick it up within 2 hours. Order process was painless, pickup process was equally painless (just had to display my order barcode on my phone), and the associate went and retrieved the microwave for me and placed it in a cart. We were in and out within 10 minutes!

Not a huge book selection, which is the reason I came in this store. The lines to check out were a little congested. But found lots of home goods, and bath accessories for my mother. Cute toys and kids clothes. Nice selection of food and snacks from different independent brands, etc.

I was hesitant to leave 5 stars bc I had a not so pleasant trip but then HAYLEY went above and beyond to help me. I called the store looking for a certain product that just came in (had called 2 different days) the worker told me they were being put out and had 18 on stock. So I ran 45 min away from my house to get said items. I get there and they are no where to be found. I ask the lady at the front desk and gave her the DPCI number to help me. she looked the item up and said it should be over here (18 ON FLOOR) she said someone must have just bought them ALL. I said hm, can I look in the few boxes left on the cart that were not worked (there were a few open half worked)?? she said no they need to put that out. so i’m like??? wow very helpful. Then I went to the back of the store and told the ladies working in the season area, a whole different department, the situation and asked if they could help me. HAYLEY dropped what she was doing (putting out new merch) said she would check the front where the back-stock is and came out in less than 3 minutes. She was so kind and really made me happy that she was willing to help me look. She not only did her job but was so professional and helpful. Maybe Hayley should be the one in the front of the store, just saying.

Target is my favorite store. Always clean, no booming sound system, wide aisle, no clutter. Lots of quality to choose from. Full grocery store, small produce area. Good store for lingering and looking.

I love this store! Employees are friendly and they have such nice things to buy.

The gentleman at the return counter was amazing and very helpful, I wish I had gotten his name to give him a big shout out. This was at the target in Lexington KY.

Great experience at Hamburg Target store when we were in Kentucky. Store was well stocked and clean. Our cashier was very friendly and personable. Thanks! Hope she gets advised of this review.

Samantha is such an amazing cashier!! She was extremely helpful. Couldn’t ask for better. I’ve never seen a line move that fast and she was so nice and personable.

It is extremely hard for me to comprehend why at 8:39pm on a saturday night ONLY the self checkout was open, with one employee who was definitely handling the area with extreme competence the best they could, and a line snaking down the main track of the store heading to grocery. And this is apparently not a random occurence because while we were standing in line waiting new customers who were entering the store walking past us were also commenting about how this location has gone downhill service wise because the line we were in was not atypical. Again I want to point out the young lady who was working to keep the self checkout area running smoothly was doing so as quickly and as efficiently as possible, refiling money, refilling bags, removing clothing tags, helping other guests when they needed it however, there is/was NO, zero, none, excuse for her to have been there solo with the crowd of people that was being moved through that area. Target disappointed me tonight. The only other employee that I saw step up tonight was the team member working in guest services who offered to help check out guests who had 10 items or less and there were several team members who I saw walk by, look at the line that was very obvious, and walk on through like it was nothing new, like guest service was not something that was a priority. Shame on this location, shame on Target.

Was with my mom and she had purchased a bunch of books from here. We didn’t know about the price match thing where Target will match other book sites for the lowest price online and then discount the Target book all the way down to that online store price. My mom was thrilled that she saved like $50 thanks to the sweet cashier that brought it up. She was busy and had a line behind us and still took time out of her day to mention it and discount the books. We wish we had got her name, thank you for making my mom’s day.

By far one of my favorite Targets that I have visited over the years. I don't think I have ever found myself wondering where something is in the store, searching for a team member, or finding an item out of stock. The store is always so clean and organized so well. My favorite bullseye shop for sure! Everything I buy here is great and if I don't love it in the end or have an issues with the product, I have never had any issues with a return. Great staff every time I visit. Do I end up spending all my money there? Yes, but not because things are overpriced but because I want everything there! The card section, specifically the Minted brand, I am in love! I could write all day about how much I love this store but I think you get the point!

Target 2 hour pick up FOR THE WIN! I have used this service 4x in the last week, and it has been a huge convenience for last minute items I was missing while cooking. The app is perfectly aligned with current inventory and I have had no substitutions or out of stock issues. Plus, the orders are always ready within 2 hours or less AND, the staff bringing you your order is friendly and happy to help. Even at 8am or one day in the rain. Cannot say enough good things and thank you to Target for providing this awesome option!
