Wonderful experience as always. I love Fayette Mall Dental, they really work with me on my scheduling and are always transparent about billing and charges. Recently had an appointment with Amber R. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decisions. I would recommend Fayette Mall Dental and Amber R to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience. I had a visit scheduled for myself and my fours kids ranging in age from 4-15. They were extremely patient and understanding. I had to stop to check on my infant several times and they were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend!

I loved my experience at this clinic. Dr. Rahaf Abualsoud was very welcoming and did amazing work on my teeth. Highly recommend her and this dental clinic.

I can't say enough good about this dental practice! They came highly recommended and they exceeded my expectations. Well worth the drive from Corbin to Lexington. Drs. Stoss and Piedgrass are both personable and experts in their fields. Michelle the office manager is incredible. She has consistently been so helpful and so kind. She is a true professional. Absolutely the best I have ever been associated with. Julia the dental assistant is another great asset to this dentistry. What an impressive young professional. These two ladies rock!!!

The doctor and staff at the mall location are great. Our appointments are always on time, which is important and it appears that care is given to each patient. We never feel rushed.

It is a very clean place and everyone treats you sweetly and is very careful in their work.

The staff - Dr. Piepgrass, his dental assistant, and Michelle - was wonderful. They let me know what was going on from beginning to end. I was especially impressed that Dr. Piepgrass came out to speak to my husband and me before we left. Office and facilities were exceptionally clean and everybody was so pleasant and compassionate during a very difficult procedure.

I saw Dr. Piepgrass today and he was amazing! He was funny, kind, and compassionate. He was also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. All of the employees there were kind, friendly, and very professional. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

Wonderful experience every visit. Everyone is nice, professional and helpful. My family and I have been using Fayetteville Mall Dental for over 3 years and have gotten many different procedures from cleanings to wisdom teeth extraction and have never had an unpleasant experience.

Outstanding, after suffering significant trauma in an accident , right in the middle of a crisis, they were able to respond and accommodate my needs when nobody was willing to help me. Very professional, kind and sweet. Great work with good prices. You can’t ask for a better experience and for that I’m thankful.

Update, a year later I haven’t change my mind, I keep trusting this practice, estimates are accurate and most times I have to pay less than expected. One of my implants needed extra work with no extra cost for me, both Beaumont and the mall offices are very nice, nice furniture by the way

I absolutely love visiting Dr. Piepgrass and his staff at Fayette Mall Dental! I used to pass by the office so many times while shopping and thought, how nice would it be to have an excuse to come here more often! I decided to give them a try and was very nervous about going somewhere new, but I am SO glad I did! Everyone who works in that office is so sweet and welcoming. I also love how new and clean their facility is. I have been twice now and have always been treated with respect and kindness, which can be rare these days. I love that they provide me with a friendly reminder call before my appointment, and they’re always so accommodating and flexible when my schedule changes. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try Fayette Mall Dental!

Very friendly staff, including the dentist! They are able to work with our whole family to meet each of our specific dental needs.

My husband got a filling redone today after only leaving a message yesterday AFTER business hours. Brittany pursued us until she reached us to offer the appointment. Dr. Richard Stoss took his time, had impeccable bedside manner, and cosmetically finished his filling on the face of his front tooth right in the gum line. The refilled tooth looks so natural you can’t even tell it has composite on it! We highly recommend this office. The insurance validation and new patient checking/paperwork was seamless. We are grateful for this pleasant experience.

Staff is always professional, courteous, and on time. We are never kept waiting. We've seen all staff doctors over the years and have always been treated with excellent care and professionalism.

I’m very happy I chose this group as my new dental office. Everyone was so friendly and professional. My hygienist was so thorough and did a great job, and she explained everything. My dentist , who is also a periodontist, spent a good deal of time with me and we came up with a future plan to address my concerns and needs. I highly recommend.
