I have been curious about massage therapy for a while but never took the leap. This was my first massage and I cannot wait to go back.
The price is unbeatable and the experience is amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome! I have never before been as relaxed as I was when I left my appointment. I will definitely be back.

Wow! I have been to several massage centers in Lexington, but this one is by far the best one I've been to. Nicole was fantastic! She made sure to take time and the beginning of the session to fully understand my areas of concern before starting & made sure that she focused on those areas without rushing through the massage. Professional, thorough, and personable!! I would recommend this place to anyone!

My first time getting a deep tissue massage. I was nervous cause I did not know what to expect. Let me tell you I felt so much better after my massage!! I slept like a baby!

I herniated a disc and was off work for 6 weeks. When I came back to work, I was limping halfway through my shift, due to a compressed nerve in my bum, from over compensating on when side. One appointment with Karen at Malama and the pain was gone. She knows what she is doing when it comes to the muscle groups and how to fix issues and give great advice. I continue to go just to relieve tense muscle related to my job.
