Lexington Family Dentistry

This was my first appointment at Lexington Family Dentistry, I was very impressed from the receptionist to my hygienist to meeting Dr. Whitaker, it was a busy day but I did not feel rushed at all. The office was very well kept,clean and nice having a tv in the room. I'd highly recommend this practice.

I have a lot of dental trauma so I was super nervous to get 4 fillings in one appointment. It went so smoothly and I was surprised by how quickly it was over. I have a very hard time trusting dentists but I have been a few times now and highly recommend them!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Whitaker. I have been through many dentist in my life (26 but still) and I’m VERY picky about my care. He is so personal his team is so professional and seriously the best I’ve encountered. I’ve never had a bad experience and I can look at a milkshake and somehow get a cavity so sadly I’m there more than anyone should ever be. They are THE BEST! I recommend all my friends and family to this office! They also take Tricare!

Hygienist was fast and thorough. Dentist was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. My only “complaint” is they said they were going to get my records from the other dentist, but on the morning of my first appt, they didn’t have them and we didn’t know all I was due for this visit. But I certainly could have gotten my own records and I didn’t either, so I’m partially to blame.

Michelle did a great job cleaning my teeth today. Dr. Whitaker is also very good. He did an excellent job installing a crown on my new implant in 2021. The implant has been working really well.

Going to the dentist can be terrible/ a little scary and I’m a full grown adult. But the staff and dentist are so friendly and help calm my nerves. They make you feel like part of the team!

I love Dr. Whittaker and his staff. Especially Michelle. Everyone is friendly, and they will answer any questions you have.

I totally trust Dr Whitaker to take care of my teeth. He is always available in an emergency. He is knowledgeable and suggests the best possible course of action. A great practice.

Staff is just lovely! Dr W is great. I’ve always hated the idea of the dentist, but LFD always puts me at ease!

This practice is head and shoulders above regular dentistry. I will never go anywhere else.

An update: I saw Dr. Whitaker for a sudden problem this morning. Once again, I had a really good experience and felt confident I had great care.

Some of the nicest people! I don’t feel we were a typical new patient but the attention given and the speed in which we were seen was great. We will surely have a follow up appointment and we don’t have any qualms in returning if or when necessary. Thank you for the experience!

Michelle (hygienist) is fabulous and Dr Whitaker is kind, honest and does great work. I love how I am in and out for cleanings in well less than an hour. Highly recommend

Lexington Family Dentistry and Dr. Andrew Whitaker provided excellent service in the placement of a crown for me. Dr. Whitaker made me feel very comfortable as I am not at all fond of having dental work done. I had a very pleasant experience and will return. Would highly recommend Dr. Whitaker if you need a good dentist..

We've been going to Lexington Family Dentistry for over a decade now. Dr. Whitaker and his staff are friendly, professional, and timely. Dr. Whitaker is up front with any services needed and takes time to answer questions.
We originally were looking for somewhere to take our young children and we couldn't be happier with this choice. They are extremely kid friendly and do everything possible to make sure it's a good experience for them. My kids don't hesitate when it's time to go to the dentist.
We have had a few minor procedures done at the offices which were excellent. Also their recommendations for other major orthodontics have been very good as well.
There are a few other small things worth mentioning. The reminder system is available via text/email which is nice. You can confirm right there as well. Any reschedules we have requested have been handled with no issue.
Overall, we are very happy with all of the staff at this location.

Dr. Whitaker and staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Michelle is very pleasant, does a great job cleaning, and reducing my anxiety over visiting the dentist!

Everyone here is so nice and caring. They will even help me from my wheelchair to the chair and back. Dr. Whitaker is a great dentist!

Dr. Whitaker is exceptional. He is very thorough, patient, gentle and kind. He makes sure you have no discomfort or pain during dental procedures! His staff is exceptional as well. I highly recommend Dr. Whitaker and his team for any kind of dental care.
