I have been twice now and Beth has been exceptional both times. I look forward to continuing my treatment with her. Very professional and knows her stuff! Gave me ideas for what to do at home as well! She truly listens to your needs and is an amazing therapist!!

I just had a therapeutic massage with Beth that was absolutely amazing. I walked in basically unable to turn my head to the right. After an hour with Beth I almost feel brand new! If you are in need of a deep tissue massage you should definitely go see her. 10 out 10 highly recommend.

One of the best, if not THE best massage I've ever had. From beginning to end, Beth was nothing but professional. She started the appointment by reviewing my information, discussing what type of massage and focus was wanted from the appointment, then asked if I'd prefer to converse or not during the session (I've never been asked that). She was very mindful and considerate from start to finish. Once the session ended, Beth provided tips on how to alleviate pain/tension in certain areas. I highly recommend Beth and her services!

Beth = Amazing. Fantastic deep tissue work. She cares about addressing root causes of pain. She asks about anxiety/stress/depression leading to physical pain. Great listener who offers to be chatty or not chatty, depending on client preference. I enjoyed our conversation. I had a wonderful experience with Beth from Fayette County Therapeutic Massage. I went in with neck stiffness, and came out feeling relaxed and brand new. I will definitely be going back regularly to keep my neck stiffness and migraines away.

I travel for work and my job has me wearing work boots walking on concrete and steel and up and down stairs a lot. So at the end of the day no matter how much stretching I do. Work takes a toll on my body. That being said I have a membership at a national massage therapy company. So I have seen my share of therapist over the last 20+ years of travel.

I meet Bethany in the spring of 2022, when I first arrived in Lexington. Traveling as much as I do it is never easy to find a good Massage Therapist. Bethany is one of the best! It seems no matter what you say to most therapists about what hurts or is bothering you, they don't seem to want to find the actual source. They will show interest in those areas you mention, be eventually will just work to give attention to the whole body. This only give the semblance of a good massage.

Bethany listens. She listened to what my concerns were. Then as she worked to relax those muscles, she followed where the issues were originating. Then she worked on those. She also listened when I asked to focus on the main concerns. If my lower back and legs (my problematic areas) are the issue. Those are the areas that she worked on. From there she went to the areas connected and work to relieve the areas with the most tension. I cannot tell how good it felt to be able to walk upright and without pain when I would leave the appointment. And it did not JUST last the rest of the day. I felt better for days until the stress I put on my body eventually overwhelmed the corrective work she did.

Bethany is also very knowledgeable. As she worked on my issues she would ask about my stretching and what I do to help my issues. Then she would recommend different exercises to try. Then at my next appointment she would ask how her suggestions did. She pays attention to details. Not just in what she recommends but in what you say helps and what doesn't. Then makes recommendations with that information in mind.

I can say that a 60 minute massage with Bethany is equal to any 90 minute massage I have had from other therapists. Bethany is very professional and personable. I cannot recommend her enough.

What a wonderful experience! The massage was excellent. Bethany asked some questions to zero in on preferences such as firmness things you don't like ect, then the magic happens. Her pressure is so consistent and movement so fluid it's a little bit of nirvana for that hour to reboot and forget about the world. You end up looser and relaxed. I walked in with a headache and out headache free.

Bethany is a great massage therapist. I’ve been looking for a long time for a therapist who can do deep tissue for me at the right amount of pressure who is willing to listen to what areas I need to focus on. She is really good at her job. Always so pleasant. Her facility is so welcoming. Great experience every time!! Highly recommend her!!

Beth is AMAZING! I've easily seen more than 20 different therapists over the last 10 or so years, Beth is my new favorite after seeing her for about 6 months now. Highly recommend especially if you like deep targeting pressures!!
