Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington

The front desk staff is friendly the deals on the room are absolutely amazing. This is a hidden gem they offer a lot of small amenities other cheaper hotels don't. They have coffee available 24 hrs a day. They have drinks,phone chargers even banquet meals for sale in the lobby. I will definitely be staying at this hotel more often.

The cleaning staff is very friendly and the rooms are much nicer than I would expect of a 2.5 star hotel. The bathrooms are especially luxurious.

We stayed at the Beuina vista location in Lexington. And it was clean and very comfortable, staff was excellent! We will be staying here again! Thank you for your great hospitality!

Our experience was great…room was exactly what needed traveling back to Canada from Florida…clean, comfortable bed with great linens…we had an issue with the tv in our unit and the desk guy was right on it…after realizing it was an internet issue quickly moved us to another room and problem solved…puts a very positive experience when you are tired and just want take a load off…would definitely use this spot for our migration back to Canada in the future 👍👍👍

This is my first time here, and I'm very impressed with the service . The nice gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely keep this as another stop over on our trip.

Ok guys rooms are clean there's no carpeting in my room but floor looks good. Very simple small room great for a stop over. My ac unit works very well I just had to turn it up some I was to cold so that a plus. There's a Wendy's with in walking distance and a gas station.

I have paid 3x as much for other hotels that didn’t even come close to how nice this hotel is. Stayed for over a month and got to really know the staff during that time. Although they were over worked bc the manager had just quit they still were never anything but nice and helpful no matter what we needed. The floor above us is in the middle of a remodel but it never disturbed us. When we first stayed we had a room that really bothered my allergies so they moved us to a better room with out charging us extra.

Overall, we had a very positive experience at the Microtel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with late checkin, late checkout and my need for some emergency laundry soap! Our room was clean and comfortable.

Our first contact was a very friendly front desk assistant Eugene. Fun, approachable and very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her. The room was clean, well stocked but the beds were very high, challenging to get into even though both of us are tall. The breakfast consisted of a few sugar loaded donuts, cereal, coffee, juice, milk, yogurt and boiled eggs which could not be shelled. Minimal supply of food even though we arrived early. May reconsider next stay.

Great room! Love the window seat and nice mowed grass lawn around for a picnic or just hanging with my dogs and husband having a drink and a smoke.
Also love the use of the space: big bathroom and shower, good lighting options, tv channels and the use of storage space. A lot of bang for your buck!

P. S. Right next door: Wendy's, Family Dollar, A&W, Next Watch and gas station! That's everything I need, plus only 5-10 minutes to downtown.

Room was adequately clean and service was awesome. The location is excellent and in a safe area. That means a lot to us as we travel with dogs and walk outside a lot. Good green space for the dogs. Breakfast was mediocre fare but typical for a lower price point hotel. Real coffee! You will not find a better value for the price and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Yes they do take pets for a small fee. Totally worth it.

Rooms were very clean. Walls freshly painted. Beds were comfortable. Fridge and microwave in the room as well. Hot breakfast was included. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Location was really good with lots to do and places to eat right around it. No complaints, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Always love to stay here. Secluded and nobody bothers you.

What a PERFECT cozy room! Clean as a whistle!! Beautifully decorated!! Sheets and bed were so perfect my husband and I didn't want to leave! The gal at the desk was so incredibly fabulous we wanted her to come home with us! Breakfast was fresh and choices galore! Hot hot water! And quiet rooms. Stay here!! Better than the big chains across the street!!❤

The staff was very nice and welcoming. I stayed in the Hamburg area of Lexington which is central to a vast amount of restaurants and shopping.
The rooms are on the smaller side (as is suggested by the name) but are all you need for a stay that is pretty much just to sleep. Not the best place if you plan on having any guests over or anything like that.
I was extremely surprised that this location offered room service (I did not use it) which I would associate with the more expensive stays.
Everything was very clean. Shower was great! Nice and quiet place to stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
I booked off of a third party discount site and the whole checkin and checkout was very easy!

I had a great experience here I was very tired and I checked in off the road quite late. The desk person was SUPER friendly. I had no problem checking in or getting a room, she even gave me one in an area that she knew would be quiet ( it was a Friday night and Kentucky had just won a championship game, lol ) because it was so late and I was so tired and obviously coming off the road, she also gave me an extra hour late checkout time at NO EXTRA CHARGE 😊. Skip to the next day, I realized several hours later after checking out I had left a brand new pair of very expensive boots in the room 😣 I called them very upset and they did have them, they offered to ship them at NO cost to me, or I could return and pick them up 😥. I will definitely stay here every time I come back through. All the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and my experience was that of a five star hotel as far as the staff was concerned. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Loved the room, very nice and clean. Stayed 4 nights and never had a single issue. A cheerful receptionist greeted us for the Free breakfast.

Susan (the bubbly & sweet desk clerk ) made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. She cheerfully let us inspect the room before we committed. The room was very neat and clean. Every place of business needs a Susan! I would definitely recommend this place. The cost of the room at Microtel was lower than the surrounding hotels. We will definitely keep this on our stop list.

Very friendly. Helped with last minute check-in. Gave us a ground floor room. It was quiet, yet easy to get to shopping and food. The staff was helpful. We had had an accident, we had someone who found our items,they were bringing them to us. The breakfast was tasty. Warm waffles, biscuits and gravy. Easy check out.
