My son brings me here on a regular basis. He absolutely loves his cowboy boots and hats. Everytime we are in this store we are met by employee's who are happy and willing to help. Last trip the customer service was exceptional! I wish I could remember names. To the young lady who asked my son many questions about his likes on what he wants in his next pair of boots and shared her opinions with him, bringing us the boot cleaner and leather conditioner after asking what is best to clean and condition older boots, and helping him pick out a new felt hat.I am a leader of a sales driven customer service company and You went above and beyond my expectations in customer service.

Hands down, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a retail store. The manager is always super attentive to customers and the other employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. The store is always well kept and stocked, and they have helped us place online orders when needed. We will keep coming back to this location because of the employees who work here.

Employees were very helpful in a relaxed way. I went in for a pair of safety work boots, and I was glad I didn't go back to the place I went last year because these guys stock Carolina brand boots. I'll be back for my next pair.

Great customer service! We were there week Medford Memorial Day and both fellas went beyond to help me find perfect boots. We ended up getting my wife a pair as well thanks to the inventory selection and again the helpful staff. Boots themselves were slightly pricy but you can find some on sale here and it’s hard to beat the location and variety. We would return.

Love the new work boots glad I stopped in first time but had great selection and some deals I'll have to come back for but definitely recommend for yall that like boots.

Visited this store Thursday night looking for my husbands first pair of boots he wasn’t sure what he wanted so we asked for help Jessica was amazing she took her time and answered all our questions and even helped him pick out a boot he loved she was so helpful that I asked her about women’s boots and I bought me a pair. Highly recommend this store! Of you go def ask for Jessica.

Good prices and great service. They do not carry narrow sizes so if that is what you need you will have to look else where. Over all very happy. Their hat selection is limited but I bet it is not a big seller here. Coming from Oklahoma i am used to a very large selection.
