Hello I am an employee at UK Hospital and just wanted to say that you have 2 wonderful employees on dayshift at this location. Holli and Hope went above and beyond customer service for me today 7/18/2023!!!

The employees at this location are always really nice. The store looks clean anytime I go in there. Great selection of items. The food at Godfathers is good too.

Stopped at this location to get coffee and breakfast. Went to use the restroom and found both restrooms had “Out of order” signs on them. It was 8:15am. I asked the only employee in the store why both bathrooms were closed and he said that he hadn’t cleaned them yet (while he was standing around talking to his friend the whole time I was in the store). I decided to walk next door and give my business to speedway because they care enough to maintain their facilities properly.

Do not go to this station!! My car broke down after work in the parking lot around 430. I had to wait for a my roommate to come from louisville to help me get my car to a shop to get it fixed. I asked the lady that was working if it's okay that I leave my car so I can go get some tow straps. She said yes, you can keep it here till 11. I waited for another hour hoping my ride was going to come. I bought some food from the minit mart and some drinks. I asked again if my car will be safe and that I will be back. Again, she said yes, I'll make sure it's safe, just make sure you're here by 11. I got back to the minit mart at 10 and my car was gone. She wasn't there and it was a guy working. He said she told him she didn't know anything about the car. I can't afford to get my car out so I have to take it as a loss cause I just started working in Lexington a week ago. I travel from louisville to lex for work everyday and now I have to somehow buy a new car. Heartless people and you defenitly can't trust them!!

Stopped here to fill up our tire after an old man waved us down to tell us our tire was “damn near flat.” Paid $1.75 to leak more air out of our tire as no air came out of the machine.

Refused to let my sister use the bathroom in an emergency unless she bought something. Sounds like they're trying to have someone empty their bowels in the floor with that attitude.

Location is boarded up and the gas pumps are shut down. Looks like this location is closed.
