Yu Yu Asian Supermarket

As far as I'm aware, I've been to every Asian grocery store in Lexington. This one is by far the best. The selection is almost a bit overwhelming, but if you have the time to properly look around you'll find everything you could want.
Snacks, drinks, spices, ingredients, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh seafood, frozen goods, toiletries and household items... it's all there.
Prices are comparable to other stores, sometimes lower.
If you like trying new things, head here and just browse until you see something interesting, pick it up and buy it.
Ramen selection is awesome too!

Best experience in town if you've lived in largest cities like San Francisco or New York.
Best seafood, most exotic seafood, endless number of niche international foods.
Incredible rice selection and quantity. Beautiful produce section,just fantastic mushrooms.

Probably the best coconuts we've ever tasted in our life and I've been all over the world including Thailand where the coconut I'm tasting is from and it is there right now go get this coconut It is literally the best one I've ever had in my life and they have it at the market right now.
Pictured is fresh turmeric I don't think I've ever had fresh turmeric in my hand before in my life and I also went to the world's best cooking school and didn't even see it there!!!

They are the nicest people I've met in a while. They have amazing products, and prices and I can't wait to go again.

Love them always has live fish in the tank , and they will clean up the fish for you , employees always so nice too , they are my favorite Asian market in the town

Yu Yu's has been my go to supermarket for ages, now. The store is large and loaded with a lot of goodies. Whenever I am looking to make a dish with obscure ingredients, I always stop here!

You can find Asian snacks, fresh produce, dozens of noodles, bulk rice, tea, sauces + spices, drinks.

The odor is just their seafood selection. They have live fish! It's pretty cool to see it.

The store has made gradual improvements to their facilities and I'm glad that they can continue to provide an excellent service to the community

This shop is great for those who love Asian food or fresh fish. There is a good produce selection, nice freezer options and just everything you could want or need. During the holidays, I was even given a free packet of soup bouillon. I always try to stop in, when I am in town!

Great option to check out if you are looking for Asian grocery items. They have your widest selection of products including fresh produce. They do lean more towards Chinese products but in general the store is larger and the selection is larger so that shouldn't stop you from looking around.

Great selection of traditional East Asian foods. From dim sum to hard to find cooking sauces, a great selection of frozen items as well as fresh produce, fresh seafood and live fish! Personally I think this store is better than any in Louisville and could rival stores found in much bigger cities like NYC and DC.
