Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream

Our favourite stop along the I75. We found this stop in 2018 and were so impressed we now stay here every year on our travels. The hotel slipped a bit in 2022, but we were very impressed with our March 2024 stay. Clean rooms, nice lobby. The best surprise this year was the food. We ordered from the lobby restaurant and our meals were fantastic. We ordered the wings, chicken strips, a burger and a Ruben. All were very good. This place is a gem.

As a Diamond club member, we have stayed
numerous nights at this chain.
This particular one will now become our annual 1/2 stop while travelling.
The grounds are breathtaking with a great area to let you run with your pet.
We were with our 2 pups and were given a great ground floor room with quick outside access.
The tropical plants surrounding the atrium are my favourite part.
The staff are very friendly and the bed was a dream.

I did not stay in a room, this was the meeting point for the horse farm tour and I got there early. This place is stunning, based on what I saw I cannot afford a room there!!! It is gorgeous!! There is a rooftop skylight and plants with trees everywhere. It was beautiful!!

My favorite hotel to stay in town. I live in Lexington but on special occasions we like to stay at a hotel and this is always one of our go to. I work for Hilton so I love Hilton properties. This place also is where I got ready for my wedding and so it has a lot of sentimental value for me there. Front desk staff were super friendly, pool was nice, and rooms were very clean and spacious.

A beautiful place to stay for the night after numerous hours of driving! The lobby area was stunning, the rooms were quiet, and the staff friendly! There is also a restaurant/bar on site. I didn’t want to leave! Breakfast in morning was top notch. Pet fee is 75 dollars but it was worth having my small dog stay with me. Stayed here Jan 3rd, 2024 and their beautiful inside pool was up and running!

I just experienced the best 2 bartenders I've ever had. JJ and Lauren was fast and efficient even when they were slammed busy. They kept a smile, and set the tone of a great atmosphere. Great job Embassy, I will definitely be back !! Jay Wadino

Embassy Suites in Lexington is a very nice facility. We were there for my wife's company Christmas Party. Everyone had a great time. The place was looking really nice. The atrium had a luxurious look to it. The lobby, bar, dining areas, and banquet room were very clean and festive. We had a great catered meal. They served our large crowd well. The bar was spot on, and they had a mini bar outside our banquet room that was incredibly convenient. All service was good, including the free breakfast Sunday morning.

One of the nicest Embassy suites I have stayed in. The bartender Michelle/Chelly was awesome. Made great drinks. Was super informative. Probably deserved a raise.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was amazing! (Highly recommend the cheesecake!) Beautiful hotel and I will definitely be staying here again!

This is an absolutely beautiful huge atrium style dog-friendly hotel. Although the room was a little dated, it was in great condition, and was very spacious.
The grounds around the hotel were very well-kept and large, perfect for walking your dogs.
Their free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. It included made-to-order omelettes, good quality, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. The only negative was the coffee, which was not fresh brewed, but rather a machine with Folgers concentrate.
The hotel is about a half mile away from a massive dog park, and about 5 minutes from downtown.

My favorite of all the Hilton properties. Nice rooms, as always, with separate seating and work area from the bedroom. Clean, quiet and good location.

Very nice. The suites are nice. Happy hour drinks and snacks + breakfast in the am all included in the room price make for a great overall experience.

We loved the Embassy Suites in Lexington KY! The hotel had everything we needed to eat supper, enjoy a great drink, get a great nights sleep, and finished our stay off with a wonderful breakfast! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! It was very much worth the price!

Loved my stay here for the Derby. Was put up here for work. Would definitely stay there for a getaway.

Embassy Suites is always the best; you know what to expect. Very good front desk staff. Breakfast is above average.

What an awesome and wonderful establishment! The room was clean, the hotel in general was very well kept, and the staff members were MAGNIFICENT!

The scenery on the property is stunning and very picturesque. The team tasked with handling the rooms on 3rd shift were courteous, kind, and attentive. The front desk staff was responsive and very welcoming. The bar staff made everyone feel like they were an old friend, and made drinks and cocktails that were out of this world ᕙ⁠(⁠ ⁠ ⁠•⁠ ⁠‿⁠ ⁠•⁠ ⁠ ⁠)⁠ᕗ. Let me not forget to mention that the hotel offers complimentary social hour for guests each evening (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡. I am so grateful that we were unable to be accommodated at that Kentucky "Castle" place.

The breakfast staff were friendly and the food was delicious. It was quite apparent that it was prepared, not plopped out of a box.

Also, be sure to take advantage of what the Unique Horse Farm Tour has to offer. The professional and knowledgeable guides pick you up right from the hotel and provide an experience that is unmatched!

Staying here was an experience. An experience that I hope to have again soon.

I often choose Embassy Suits for my family vacations. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great. We were driving back home from vacation and made an overnight stop. The location by the highway I75 was convenient.

Here for a birthday getaway with my husband and we had such a great stay! The hotel atrium was gorgeously decorated for Christmas, the lobby was breath taking and every one of the staff were delightful. The lady at the front desk in the afternoons was enjoyable to talk to and informative about the Lexington area.

A few things - The hotel room was okay, i found an employees name tag on the counter and some stuff from previous guests in the room. Additionally my shower didn’t drain, so that for me made me upset - however the hotel staff was amazing!! The front desk immediately got someone on it to fix the drain while we went down to the bar. JJ & Kelsey were so sweet! I could write paragraphs! If nothing else please stop here for the bar and give the staff some love, they work hard and are so much fun!! Jj was easily one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. She was attentive and fun to talk to. Kelsey was so sweet and knowledgeable!!! Love love love - would stay here again just based on how kind the staff was ❤
