Zips Car Wash

Very friendly staff and an awesome was If you're like me, I'd like keep in your car clean kind of like cart therapy for me.This is the place. It's very particular about my vehicle. It is incredible how well their chemicals and brushes work. Not to mention access to free vacuums any time.They have microfiber towels and cleaning solutions available.What I love is the little air gun to get the nooks and crannies on my dashboard. If you're in the area and need to wash, make sure you check these guys out.I'm glad I did.

Ever since Zips bought out the car wash by my house, it has gone downhill. The vacuums and mat machine are always broken, sometimes it’s just closed, and all the time it smells like weed if you step inside. But today I tried the one out in Hamburg and Chris was great! My daughter of course had to use the bathroom as soon as we got there and he let her in and showed her the way. He was very friendly and the only one working today so you know he could have instead been in a bad mood but was very pleasant. The vacuums on both sides of my car worked and everything was nice and fresh. I guess we’ll have to start going when we’re out that way instead!

Chris was amazing! He came out of the office to help me with kiosk and took his time time to explain each plan. Very professional and friendly.

I signed up for a membership online, and had to have a team member help me get set up once i went to the carwash. Chris was super helpful making sure all my information was in the system. He helped me navigate the app, and made sure i was good to go!! Thanks Chris!!

Jason was very helpful. I forgot to put my car in neutral and by the time I realized the soap dispense was over so Jason allowed me to go back through and get my car washed without making me feel embarrassed for my mistake. Thank you Jason!!!

Everything was working and Nick did an awesome job at spraying off my floor mats.

I really want to brag on this employee Mike! My car wash account went inactive due to I got a new credit card with a new expiration date on it. I went to the location Hamburg Lexington Ky where I belong and signed up on Monday 1/22/24 and the employee working couldn’t help me didn’t know how, told me to call customer service and he gave me a phone number and guess what they couldn’t help either! I was hoping Mike would be working Tuesday 1/23/24 cause he helped me before on updating my account with a credit card before and guess what he was working and fixed my account in less than 5 minutes! This employee is a rockstar and knows what is going on at Zips! Zips promote this guy!!!!! Thanks Robert Carson

Stopped in for a deep clean using all hands on deck (aka my two daughters and myself)...Chris came by and volunteered to pressure wash my mats as he saw my 6 year old trying so hard! Grade A+ Customer Service! Thank you, Chris, and more so, thank you for your service to our country!

Cleaned the truck pretty good. Used some of the provided cleaner and towels to get some stubborn bugs off the grill and windshield. The vacuums are really good got everything out of the carpets and the guy running it (Chris) sprayed off my mats since the mat washer was out of order.

i am a subscription member. i recently noticed a new employee named Chris, a retired vet. he has been there for the past week or so. since his arrival the car wash is in the best shape i have ever seen it. and this spans several years. the parking lot is clean. so you dont vacuum your car and then drag in a bunch of lot trash. the vacuums are all hung up and operational and there are towels and spray bottles available. an incredible improvement and i can only attest it all to Chris. Kudos my Vet!!!!!

I live in Winchester but grocery shop at the Walmart beside the zips!
Have used it a few times and MUCH better than Winchester.
Mike that works there is super nice guy.
