They're responsive to instances where your money may get taken or, for whatever reason, the auto car wash doesn't turn on for you. They'll give you some "digital" cash for you to use at a future date, as well.

I live in Georgetown but I still usually wait till I'm in Lexington to wash my truck here specifically. It's a great place if you like being hands on like me and washing every part of your vehicle yourself.
