After moving we needed to find a new family dentist, we found the perfect family that does Dental work. My Wife and I love these folks, they make us feel like part of that family, friendly fun staff.

I absolutely hate dentists. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in 42 years! And I had more than just cavities to fill. Put the friendliest staff aside, there was no pain, they explained everything they were doing, took breaks, and actually were able to make me not dread my future visits. I’m so sad it took me so long to find them.

I cannot rave about this place enough.
Every person I have interacted with in this office (all available of which, btw, made a point of introducing themselves within the first appointment) has been pleasant, understanding, compassionate, and gone above and beyond in every aspect of my care.
I am a high anxiety patient due to some past unpleasant dental experiences, and from the get go, this place has seen me and taken every measure to make me comfortable.

I have had dental anxiety for over 10 years and FINALLY found an office where everyone’s main goal is to make you feel comfortable and absolutely no judgement. I have no idea how there remember small details I mention and ask me about it at the next visit, it feels like family. I can’t recommend enough. In fact I have talked like 6 other people into switching. Make the change and you will not regret it.

So, I dislike going to the dentist like most everyone else. From teeth cleaning to fillings it's no fun. I had neglected my teeth for years and needed quite a bit of work to get things in order again. From the first appointment everything was explained to me in detail from start to finish. Then Dr. Kinchen took extra time to address my concerns before we started what I would call some major teeth work. Since then I have had regular checkups, cleanings and I have even recieved botox for my migraine headaches, yes they do it all. Would give them 10 stars if I could !

2020 has been a tough year to say the least... but one thing that has been AMAZING and I am tremendously grateful for is the fact that I have found the team of beautiful women at Dental Care by Gretchen Kinchen. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and I really hadn’t found one that made me feel comfortable. That changed this year! Everyone in the office, from Mel at the front desk to Ashley, Angie, and Gretchen (and all the ladies in the back), are so kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is clean, the people are fabulous, and the care is top notch! I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for the BEST in Kentucky! 💙

Amazing experience from start to finish with this office and the staff! The hygienist and assistants take the time and care to explain everything they are doing and make sure you are comfortable during your visit. The office manager is so pleasant and was understanding about working with my hectic schedule. Additionally, I was able to start receiving my Botox treatments with Dr. Kinchen as well - and my results are flawless!!
Since this is “2020” I should also mention that the entire staff is going above and beyond to ensure the safety of their patients and themselves. I was beyond impressed with the measures they have taken and how streamlined their process is during these crazy times. Thanks Dr. Kinchen & staff!!

Like many, I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist. In fact, I eventually came to the realization that I had officially put off going for YEARS… Now what?! I sheepishly walked in with one simple question. “Do you accept new patients?” The answer was a resounding “Abs!” The next few hours were a whirlwind of questionnaires, X-rays, inspections, and analysis. But once the dust settled, I walked out with a detailed plan of action in my hand.

To put it simply… I walked in with a single question and left will all the answers.

Great experience from a tough situation losing a crown. Dr. Kinchen’s team was so responsive and made time to get a temporary in, and made the whole experience great. Her team is top notch.

Melanie is fantastic and makes sure to help at all costs. Ashley and the other staff are great and treat you like family! This is by far the best dentist I have been too!

Dr Kinchen and her staff always make me feel at ease. They remember personal details and always ask about those, which makes me feel like more than just a patient in a chair! They are also great at educating so I can make informed decisions about my dental health. I have been a patient with Dr Kinchen for 9 years, and she is the best.
