Secretary, could be nicer. The doctor my siblings has completely irresponsible

My child transferred here from Thor Invention and so far I am NOT very happy. I recently had my "intake" appt with Destinee. She showed up to my home, unprepared. Stayed an 1 & 1/2 hours typing my sons information from the papers she brought. She spent only 10 min talking about my son, and didn't listen to anything I was saying. For ex, she gave me advise to give my son warnings, after I explained to her my son was nonverbal and didn't understand language. She then told me that its "going to be awhile" bc I requested morning or later afternoon appts and that what everyone wants.. She said she'd get back to me in a couple of weeks. But she also mentioned she would confirm our intake appt the Friday before, which I had to confirm the morning before because I didn't hear anything from her. Unprofessional and insensitive. Don't waste your time here.

They didn't listen to my concerns or follow the plan that was set for my child. It seemed that no one here knew what they were doing or why they were doing it. Not what you want in an Early Intervention center.
