We have had State Farm for a few years now and Lola has been an amazing addition to the team. Every time we have been in the office she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help . If she doesn’t know she gets the answer quickly. Great job Lola.

Very helpful and days later when I had questions about e-mails and mail received Lola explained all to me in a very professional and helpful way. We actually both ended up laughing. I've been a client of Melanie's for a few years. I received a call to schedule a review of my policy from Annetta Miller. I informed her that I had moved to Idaho and she immediately calmed my fears that I could stay with Melanie. From the start of making the appointment, she was very helpful( I recently moved to Rupert Idaho from La Conner WA and was thrown off by the 1 hour difference in time lol). Annetta was on time and explained my policy in such a way that even a 5 year old would've understood.
