My friend and I love Macy's ! We went there on her birthday and got her a complimentary makeover for her special day, the staff member that we had was super nice and she was very professional. My friend enjoyed her makeover and time there we will be back soon!

Macys-Fayette Mall, Lexington, KY. Clean store and restrooms. The jewelry counter has a wonderful older gentleman that provides excellent customer service. He is polite and helpful. Wore a suit and tie. He represented Macy's with excellence!! Some clearance sales with descent prices. Plenty of parking in the afternoon and the Starbucks inside Macy's is easy to access. Over all great customer service in this store.Go check it out!

Today I went to pick up my wife's Chanel products at Macy's. There has been a 15% off presale going on for cosmetics and we always take advantage of this huge discount as these products get very costly. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive and be greeted as usual by Mercy who always helps us to get our products and notifies us with a text message whenever there is going to be a presale! That's good customer service. They also offer to mail the products to our house for free, but going into the counter gives us a chance to purchase anything else that might be running low on my wife's cosmetics supply.

The Russian gentleman in furniture department was so helpful and very knowledgeable about couches and mattresses...

Macy's always has a nice selection to choose from. Prices vary, the reason being you have so many different suits, pants, etc, to choose from, most of their stuff is high quality, friendly staff, prices are reasonable and plenty of free parking.

Best selection of men's suits in slim and skinny! Not only did they have my size in one suit I was able to order the jacket in a second one. Very helpful staff as well.

Xuemei Castine was super nice to me and my mom when we were buying perfumes. She works as the Dior Counter Manager. She helped us out a lot so I just thought to leave this review!👍

This is an amazing store. I love all the selection in styles of clothes and the variety of products. The lady in the perfume department was super nice and helped us tremendously. There are so many fragrances to choose from here. The only thing I didn't like about the store is that it is very hot on the second floor and the merchandise is very crowded together throughout the store.

Can’t go wrong with any macys in the country. The one here at Fayette Mall is no exception!!!!

Can't say enough great things about this place! I had 2 ladies that were absolutely amazing, down to earth, kind and caring that helped my husband and I with a perfume selection for my anniversary, they gave us a great deal my husband couldn't pass up for me 😊 thank you ladies!

JoJo was amazing working in the women's bag/shoe department. She helped me with picking some items for a night out. I have mobility issues. She went over and above to help me get the perfect items for our night out. Workers like this is what makes me want to return and continue doing business here. Thank you again JoJo!!!
