Love this place. Great selection and very good prices

What a breath of fresh air. First time visiting Pepper Palace, and it was a great first impression. First of all you can sample anything in the store before you buy. So you don’t waste money on sauces you don’t like. Secondly the customer service is unmatched. The guy working today, Ernie was awesome, he was very funny, and knew exactly what we’d like after asking a few questions! He walked us around, asked us what we liked; explained the flavors. Told us what would be good on pork, chicken, or beef, even showed us a garlic sauce that would be fantastic on Pizza. We didn’t feel rushed, or like he was just trying to make a quick sell to get us out of the store. We will be back, for sure. The store is bright, and very colorful. The staff seemed like they wanted you to leave with something you’d enjoy. Would give 10* if possible. Keep up the awesome work, guys.

Awesome time there. Loved the free samples. Made it so much easier to pick what to buy. The only advice would be to sell some bottled water because some of that sauce is super hot and I sure needed water after trying them. I'll definitely be back! Patrick was the man

A little late on making this review (just me being lazy) but let's just say that this place was really awesome! Has TONS of different spices, BBQ sauces, etc. to try before even making a decision. You can even try this awesome sauce called the Flatline which is the hottest one they have and is fun to do. Also the person working there that day was really cool and was genuinely a nice person (didn't get any vibes of being fake for the sake of working retail). All around a great experience and will definitely visit again.

First time visiting Pepper palace. All I can say is Wow; What an impression! So many choices. Something for everyone. Ernie, the manager was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about each product. Pointing us to exactly what we would be interested in. Showing us different combinations. He was an absolute delight. The store is small, but has anything you could possibly need. Will be returning, and soon.

Patrick was great! Very knowledgeable about the products and got me to try mango salsa, my new favorite snack. I took a few jars home with me, but thinking about going back and grabbing some for Christmas presents

Fantastic atmosphere, and great employees. The manager, Ernie helped us find exactly what we didn’t know we had to have. Came for the sauces. Will return because of the hospitality, and customer service! Just a great experience all around.

The staff are incredibly friendly. Their products are delicious and I would recommend them to any pepper heads or anyone who enjoys hot sauce, pickles, or spices . they have lots of free samples and unique products. I recommend the sickle pickles to those who like extreme heat

Best place to get hot sauce by far! Being able to try the sauces before buying them helps out a lot! Patrick was the best and was very helpful and friendly at check out too. 10/10 would come again

Went in for one thing, left with half my Christmas shopping done. Huge selection and friendly staff. Patrick at the Fayette Mall store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the many different selections. Definitely returning.

I visited the store on black Friday and despite being packed wall to wall Patrick and the rest of the crew were amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up leaving with more than I was planning but super satisfied.

I was shopping early for Christmas this year and walked into Pepper Palace, Pat was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products.
