Huge THANK YOU to the service and sales team that assisted my wife on our road trip. While we did not service or buy our car at BMW of Roanoke, we needed help during a road trip coming home from VT, they were very gracious in offering assistance with using their charger for our new IX and gave a complimentary check of our IX system and even drove us to lunch while we used the dealership charger. We had an issue with EVGO in blacksburg and didn't know what else to do, so we called the nearest dealership. I wanted to personally thank the entire team for all their help and assistance.

Best experience ever with a dealer. I would highly recommend this dealership. After trying for close to a month to get brakes on my BMW at another dealership closer to my home, I called David (service manager) at BMW Roanoke and not only did he have the brakes in stock he rearranged their day to get them put on for me while I was working in the area. They provided me a quiet space to be able to work virtually while I waited. The entire service department was so friendly and helpful. Service department is the best I’ve ever worked with. I’ve never purchased a car from them, but I have my M2 serviced here regularly. Garren Bare is a master class in professionalism, promptness, and overall customer service. I’ve never actually enjoyed dealership service appointments but Garren makes it so easy and pleasant. This dealership is the best in Roanoke for a luxury vehicle. Everyone who we worked with was upfront, honest, and very kind. They encouraged us to look at other lots in the area (in a non-pushy way) and we did. We were right back to Duncan that afternoon. Robert Medlin my salesman took great care to answer all my questions! There team took care of all my concerns with my new BMW X5. The GM (Mike) was very engaged with my purchase and a pleasure to talk with. The finance manager (Mirin) explained everything with warranties and packages available with my purchase. Finally, My service advisor (Garren) took time out of his busy schedule to talk with me on question I had about service and upkeep. Great team thanks for making my purchase feel special!

This review is for the service center. On our way back home from a road trip, the car had some mechanical issues. The service center staff was extremely helpful in getting the problem diagnosed, ordering parts, and keeping us fully informed during the process. The experience was very pleasant. But where they went really above and beyond was in the aftermath of the incident where I had to claim trip disruption check from BMW. The service manager David Wise not only facilitated the interaction with BMW corporate but also kept following up repeatedly when we hit delays. All in all I would highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly service. Bob was courteous and direct. He listened to our concerns and addressed all of the issues we spoke of. The video from the tech was nice and direct and told us of recommended service and why we needed it. We were treated with respect and the work was performed and completed as expected. We were in a bind with a major warning message while hours from home and hours to our destination. Hayden took our call and let us know that they’ll be ready to see us as we re-routed to Roanoke. She promptly took us in and even drove us to get some lunch as they diagnosed the issues. It became apparent that we wouldn’t be getting our car back on the road that same day. Hayden drove us to get a rental so we could be in our way. We got prompt updates on our car and the car was ready by the time we made our way back to Roanoke. This dealership recognized out specific situation and needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We’re very grateful for all the help and consideration they gave us. The car runs great now and we highly recommend BMW Roanoke’s Services!

While I did not buy today, I am definitely going to buy soon, especially since my customer service was great. I was a walk in, and I worked with Starr today. He was extremely helpful and I appreciated his desire to help without the typical car dealerships pressure. Will definitely be back and will be working with him again!
