I was a customer service trainer for a multi national company and the service I got from Andre's was excellent! He didn't just say hello as we walked in, he approached us offering help. He left us alone but didn't. (Perfect sales). When we were buying our shoes he upsold us on socks, and of course we bought them! Whoever trained this kid did a FANTASTIC job! And as a business owner I can only wish to get a kid like that!

Great customer service, limited selection.

The salesman was helpful and fast when I bought the shoes. When I came back to return them because I found a pair in the color I wanted elsewhere, no one would look at me or really even talk to me. He said he had to count out his register, and didn't apologize or say anything to me. The other associate said he didnt know how to do a return. I felt like they were all for taking my money, but didn't want to help me afterwards. He could have switched to the other register instead of starting to count his drawer. People lined up behind me waiting.

Hate it manager was so rude the whole time
