Dr. Schaffer is absolutely amazing. He’s very personable and truly listens to the patient. I’m always happy when I leave his office because I always know in a few I’ll feel much better!!!! He’s definitely a podiatrist to check out. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Dr S. Schaffer was professional. He answered all questions with in depth explanations. He fully explained all the processes, actions and surgical issues. I was completely satisfied with how Dr. Schaeffer took care of my feet at my appointment with him yesterday. He is an awesome Dr., and he's really nice and very easy to get along with. One thing that I was very pleased with, was how he listened to my concerns and kept them in consideration while he was treating me and taking care of my feet.

Everyone in the Kilmarnock office is wonderful. I had to take my teenage son in for an ingrown toenail. He was very nervous but the staff and Dr made the entire process as easy as the could for him. They are very kind and understanding! Definitely recommend!

I’m a disabled veteran I was sent by the VA to Achilles foot and ankle to have my feet and my toenails taken care of Dr. Schaeffer is done very good job he’s going above and beyond helping me with my feet telling me what I need to do to take care of them, and his attention to detail is excellent I highly recommend him for your future foot care needs

I made next day appointment for significant foot pain that had developed. Arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and met with the doctor 30 minutes after the appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and doctor was very good in assessing my problems and giving advice to address them. I'm very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend the center and the doctor.

Dr Schaefer,nurse,and receptionist were awesome! Super nice & non judgementmental.Dr. Schaefer listen to his patients and took time explaining everything through out the visit. By far one of the most positive atmospheres that I came across in a long time. I will definitely recommend to other people. Keep being wonderful!

'Dr. Schaeffer is the most patient and kind podiatrist! He was so encouraging with our young son who was fearful of having his toe numbed for the ingrown toe nail procedure. Dr. Schaeffer did an AMAZING job! Our son's toes look and feel better already and it's only been a few hours. His nurse was wonderful and we would so highly recommend Dr. Schaeffer and this doctor's office! So thankful to find such a knowledgeable podiatrist in a convenient location for our family! We are so thankful for the care they provided for our son! They have a lovely office and a welcoming receptionist, too! I so wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5! Dr. Schaeffer is "Top Notch" in my book - you could tell he is a very wise & knowledgeable doctor along with having a wonderful, caring demeanor! If you need a podiatrist, he's the one to go to!

Dr Schaeffer is kind, caring and competent. It is comforting to have someone following my foot care as im aging.

My experience with Dr Eng was very good. He provided the necessary treatment to relive my foot pain and displayed a pleasant attitude as well. Waiting to be seen by the doctor took longer than I expected but the end results are what counts!

The staff at the Kilmarnock office have always provided great customer service. Dr. Eng always has a cordial attitude with his patients and always keeps his sense of humor going. His upbeat attitude and optimism is what keeps the patient calm and focused on the issues being presented at the time of the visit. Dr. Eng and his team are wonderful to work with. My son had a very painful ingrown toenail. He went over the two options and we picked cutting and removing it out. He drew us a picture to tell us exactly how the procedure would go. He was wonderful on trying to distract my son as he did his job very quickly and with as little pain as possible. After we were done, he went over the next steps of care. I would highly recommend Dr. Eng and his team. We are lucky to have him in our small town of Kilmarnock.

Dr Patel is not only a wonderful doctor, he also discusses the problem, diagnosis and the plan of action needed to take care of your feet. I find him knowledgeable and I feel I am in the best of care. I highly recommend him and I’m thankful to have found his practice.

I am a new patient with Dr. Eng. Kudos to him and his staff. I was treated very well. From the time I entered into the building until I left. Dr. Eng answered all my questions. Did an excellent job treated my feet, along with some good information. I was in an out within 1 hour (that is a plus). Kudos to Dr. Eng.

The office staff and nurses are kind and efficient. My mother was seen quickly. Dr Eng was attentive and helped my mother with her feet. She felt much better afterwards.

My mother in law Eunice Thrift had an appointment Monday September 26 2022. She saw Noel Patel. He was really great and knew how to fix her wound on her heel. Looking forward to next visit next week. Just great!
