Great experience. Needed to upgrade plan and equipment. Seamless. Had to wait a bit because they were crowded, but once we were being served...TOP TIER SERVICE. More than pleased with new service plan and phones.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the crew here. They have always been polite, professional, helpful, and prompt. Today, I was assisted by Ashley and Rodney, and their customer service absolutely blew me away. I was in and out in twenty minutes with resolutions that exceeded my expectations for both of my concerns. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

My husband and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile today. Kevin, Ossie & the rest of the team were great! They made our experience a 10/10.

I have been going to this store for years and I have never gone in there and received bad service .
Recently, I went in there to replace the phone that I lost and I got a iPhone 14 Pro, which I love by the way. And the sales representative, by the name of Kevin help me out.. He was friendly, funny and professional all at the same time.
I would highly recommend this store and this sales rep to others.

High volume, high energy kind of place... brought my Mom in to get her service turned on. Very quick and friendly service.

My experience at T-Mobil was Outstanding. The Customer Service Teller Ernest is very Professional, patience, helpful and Kind. He explained everything to me that I needed to know. I was not rushed or ignored. My time at T-Mobile was a pleasure. I feel the gentleman Ernest should get a promotion. He is a great asset to the company. I will gladly recommend T-Mobil to everyone I know. I left very satisfied.

I convinced hubby to leave the dark side and come to iPhone. We had to return his *whispers* Samsung and went to the store to do so as the email from T-Mobile states you can mail it back or return at a store. At the store we were told that we had to mail it, I voiced my frustration about T-Mobile’s email and they understood. We are currently on a camping trip and don’t have access to a printer so I asked if they could print out the return label. Not only did Ossie print the label, he found a box, taped the label to the box, provided a bubble sleeve for the phone so all we have to do is go drop it off!!! Totally exceeded my expectations of printing out the label. He turned my dissatisfaction with the return process to absolute satisfaction. Thank you, Ossie!!!

My experience at this Colonial Heights T-Mobile location have been nothing short of amazing. This location have some great associates working there. They are knowledgeable and very patient with customers. Each associate I have had to deal with made my experience a great one.

Hands down, Rodney Whitaker is the best mobile expert in the T Mobile store near Southpark Mall! If it wasn’t for his exceptional customer care, I wouldn’t have spent so much:) The store was packed! He was kind, patient and managed to get folks signed in and seated while helping me! Truly an asset to his team and T Mobile customers! Thank you, Rodney for making my experience exceptional!

Kevin in Colonial Heights rocks! I walked in the door and offered to buy him lunch if he got me out of the store in one hour. He had me hooked up with a phone and 2 tablets and was bagging it up when the timer went off. He actually kept his end of the bargain by the 40 minute mark. The second tablet was a last minute addition. He was a pleasant and efficient expert....an asset for this store. Only kicker was he wouldn't let me buy him lunch.

Earnest was highly professional in his demeanor, very knowledgeable and served me well. In fact, in my dealings, all staff at this store have been excellent. Highest recommendation for t-mobile in general and the Colonial Heights store in particular.

They're so welcoming at this store. We had to wait a bit but they still acknowledged us in a friendly manner. Everyone was positive/upbeat, helpful, not pushy and we got great deals. Would recommend!

The customer service was above and beyond expectations, the store layout and cleanliness was impeccable. The associate I saw was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable, and wait time was very minimal due to the expertise and efficiency of the employees. The manager on shift was remarkable and friendly and took time to greet each customer and ensure their needs were being met in a timely manner. Overall just a wonderful experience in customer service and professionalism.

I was provided service on September 22, 2022 by Brandon Knight to help me set up my services for my new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 5G 128 GB phone. Brandon is fantastic in his customer service and very knowledgeable of all that I needed! Brandon is a valuable member to the T-Mobile Team!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience the other day at this store! I was greeted by a rep named Katy who was so nice and patient through all of the questions I asked! She helped me take advantage of the recent Note 8 offer and she made the process so easy and seamless!!! Thank Katy and T-Mobile Colonial Heights for the great service!

I had a promotion credit disput and Ossie provided great customer service. he allowed me to explain what happened and made things right. I have not had any problems with T-Mobile in the last five years and their (Ossie's) first rate customer care maked the world of difference.

BUT WATCH OUT Y'ALL MY BROTHER HAS TO TAKE HIS PHONE BACK. HE LOST HIS PHONE SO I TALKED HIM INTO GETTING A REPLACEMENT PHONE. HE HAD INSURANCE ON IT. MAN GIVES HIM UNWANTED UPGRADE PHONE $160 HE LATER FINDS HIS PHONE. SMH. I HOPE HE CAN GIVE THAT PHONE BACK AND GET A REFUND CAUSE LATER. LESS THEN 5MINS: RETURNING HOME WIFE SAYS SHE FOUND IT BUT THAT PHONE LOOKS DIFFERENT AND WAS THE SAME KIND OF PHONE HE THOUGHT HE LOST BECAUSE ITS AN UPGRADE. I HOPE ALL WHOM MIS PLACE OR LOSE A PHONE BE ASKED KINDLY DO THEY WANT AN UPGRADED PHONES THATS COST MORE THEN GETTING THE SAME PHONE THEY JUST LOST OR MISPLACED. I STILL LOVE YOU T-MOBILE THIS IS THE FIRST CELL PHONE COMPANY THAT STARTED MY CELL SERVIC AND I USE IT NOW. THANKS T-MOBILE.
