Owens Plaza Park

Update 9.14.22 Despite drought, grassy areas are still mostly lush & green. Park gets busy after school & on weekends.

Small, but nice perimeter walkway. Children's playground on one side, basketball & tennis courts on the other. Several benches, large grassy area to lounge. Typically quite busy with families & small children, so be careful when bike riding around park. Water fountain still not set to flow in mid-June, though water is turned on because it leaks when valve is pressed. Not sure why Pleasanton Parks Authority has overlooked this fountain? Lots of high density housing on 2 sides of party. Beautiful rose bushes and nice landscaping overall. Well maintained & clean.

Great park... Has a tennis court and basketball court + playground for little kids and separate playground for big kids

Calm and beautiful small garden with baby swings, slides and tennis court.
If anyone has trouble finding it, It's at the entrance of the Park Hacienda apartments.

My boys asked to go to this park while visiting my parents. It's a little more than a mile walk from their apartment and my boys ride their electric tricycles. The paths on the way there are beautiful and clean and made the walk very enjoyable. When we got there it was very busy but there are so many large pieces of playground equipment that my kids had plenty of space to play. They equipment is unique to other parks we go to which keeps it fresh and fun. I didn't notice any smaller equipment, at least not on the main playground, so I wouldn't recommend it for smaller children. The grounds were clean and well kept. There's a public bathroom, drinking fountain, and covered picnic areas.

It is a beautiful, well maintained park. Park has 2 kids play area for 2-5 and 5-12 years kids. It also has a tennis court, basket ball court, pathway for joggers. It is adjacent to Iron Horse Trail. It also has sufficient number of benches for relaxing.

Lovely little play park

We love to go to this park in the middle of our apartment complex. It is clean and has lots of flowers and a nice little play ground.

I especially love the lake beacuse all the kids get a chance to go swimming. This way we don't have to pay for a pool membership

Basketball court doubles as a tennis court for dumb people

Beautiful apartments and the park is amazing! Located within minutes of food and more food and shopping!!

Nice place for children with lot of options for playing / walking. basketball, football, lawn tennis, slides, cycling, etc.

Good and clean park .Good for get togethers.We participated in easter egg hunt and Halloween parade here.
