Kim Miller was prompt in showing my sister a house but after submitting our applications we were completely ghosted .. not even a call or email to confirm/deny our rental request. I think a week and a half was plenty of time to wait for any kind of communication .. unprofessional

Shannon Barber . Never smiled and left me high and dry on several deals. Lazy. Texting agent vs real phone call and getting real answers. Big fail. No thanks. Don't recommend. Didn't show up for a showing. Then told me after the fact the flaws after I drove 85 miles. Uuugh.

I have bad experiences with them, They did not suggest the house was overpriced and even what price I was suggesting they told you will not get in that price, I did house inspection also by their recommendation and the inspector was not able to catch water leak and now in basement we are seeing the water and when i asked back to them they told me to contact the person who repaired after the inspection and after contacting that person , he said they told us to just fill the water crack.
May be for agent house selling is just commission project but for home buyer its a big investment filled with emotions. Now when I am seeing back and thinking about this purchase, I feel if your agent just treat you like a commission earning client then you will end up a deal like this, where you pay overprice and even after you did not get what you thought of. House owner was also cheap and damaged the property walls by big holes at various places and removed the small small hanging hooks leaving behind big holes and never told us about this water leak. they even renove the curtain rods also and did not inform us so many things which we come to know after shifting in this house.
I tried to contact him also but he is not picking the call as he may aware what I am going to ask.
