Having the right shoes for running is essential for me to do my best. I happened upon Road Runner Sports and very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism by Alejandra (or Alex for short). She put me through a series of assessments on how I run. Found out my ankles were paying the price for me pounding the concrete with my heels. Walked away with a new pair of Hoka. Also joined their vip club that allows up to 90 days trial and exchange. Love it!

The store was very busy but we were cared for from the first minute to last. It seemed all the customers in the store were happy with their service as well. It felt very personalized. I’m not an avid runner but they did not discriminate. All of my “must haves” in a shoe were heard and I found the perfect pair. I really love the customized insoles also. This is my second pair of them.

I’m starting up running again after two foot surgeries. My feet are completely different so I really leaned on the expertise of the gentleman who did my evaluation and helped me narrow down the choices until I had my Cinderella moment. I went for a run today in my new ASICS and is was magical.

Staff was amazing. I was helped by Paulo and he took his time explaining my measurements and recommended the perfect shoe and inserts. Went on my first run this morning with the shoes and I felt good all the way through. Much appreciated.

First time in their store, I was amazed at the level of service and technology they use to size shoes for you! Their fit finder system is super unique. For the first time I have ALL of my foot dimensional data. No click bait here; they size your foot, video your stride, and if needed, mold insteps for you. Good supply of active gear brands. Very awesome!

I had heard about Roadrunner Sports of Berkeley from a very close friend as a great place to find the best shoes and scouted it out a few weeks ago. My experience on Thursday, October 19 was wonderful! I was met by Tasha, who was very happy to see me and expertly guided me through their process. I highly recommed Road Runner Sports for running or walking shoes that FIT and are comfortable! I have been dealing with foot issues for years. After buying so many shoes from other sources that I thought would work but turned out to hurt, my first pair at roadrunner sports we’re great. I’ve been wearing them every day for over a year. I just Went back to roadrunner sports and bought another pair of Shoes. So glad I found this store!

The staff is ultra friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring you are fitted with the proper shoes for your needs. I’ve worked with several associates and each took their time, answered my many questions, and cared about what I needed. Customer care and product knowledge are the top reasons I go here.

The in store selection is good and reflects most, if not all, the top brands for both men and women. Road Runner Sports is a definite go!

Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly staff. I always feel like they really care about making sure you are truly happy with your shoe choice. And you don’t need to be a runner! Avid middle aged walkers are super welcomed here.

The expert fitting is what got me running again when I thought “my knees were too bad” in 2020. So I went back yesterday (way too late, I know) to get a new pair. He didn’t try to upscale me. He listened to what was important to me, and got me fitted for a new pair (and in cool colors too)!

This store has changed the game. Usually I’m overwhelmed by options and they did a whole fitting to give me the most comfy / best shoes for my foot. This entire 10/10 experience is from Tasha’s excellent service. Tasha is the mvp and would reccomend everyone go to her.
