Cal Student Store

Cool store with a lot of stuff with university branding. There are a LOT of choices - sweaters, t-shirts, hats, jewelry, pyjamas, mugs etc, with different styles and different brands. Quite an experience, and definitely all you can think of with the Berkeley University & Cal brand.

This weekend's visit to the Cal Student Store was an absolute delight, especially with the bustling energy from several tour groups from Southern California. Amidst the vibrant campus life, the exceptional customer service provided by Elon and Michele stood out, making my experience not just enjoyable, but truly memorable.

Elon's presence on the second floor in the women's department immediately made me feel welcome. His greeting was warm and sincere, setting a friendly tone right from the start. His knack for understanding customer needs and his eagerness to help were evident as he guided me through a wide selection of items, sharing insights and suggestions that perfectly matched my taste and preferences. Elon's approach made shopping not just a task, but a genuinely pleasant experience.

On the first floor, Michele's welcoming attitude and sense of humor added a special touch to my visit. Her ability to mix professionalism with a light-heartedness made picking up mugs and souvenirs more than just a shopping errand; it became a highlight of my visit to the Cal campus. A huge store with everything Cal. Expensive but good quality. Two stories. Fun to browse. Go Bears!

This store sells now a green book. It is the same as a blue book except that a green book is made of recycled materials. And, it is available at the cashier station or in the supply vending mashine.

It was awesome to reconnect to this campus where I earned my PhD over a decade ago and pick up some mementos at the Cal Student Store to commemorate my weekend here. The sites near the Store are beautiful and memorable.

I know where the location is but the price is way way way freaking too much but they have everything that you need for your kid

Haven't been there for a few years but it has been completely remodeled and is now bigger. Great place to get souvenirs of Cal.

Friendly staff! Just about anything Berkeley-related is here for you. Picked up a souvenir t-shirt and was happy to see such a nice variety. Definitely a must-do stop when you visit campus. Go Bears!

Excellent variety and the store is always clean. Prices aren’t low but most items aren’t outrageously overpriced. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you find whatever you’re looking for.

Best place to shop authentic for Cal fans for anytime of the season to represent your school with pride. As always look for the best deals on retail of discounts on items and clothing when shopping there as support your local school store and business town store at Cal Student Store always.

Solid student store with a lot of clothing options for the weather. I love how people outside hand out coupons (usually buy one, get another at a discount). Recommended!

It's like the UC Berkeley gift shop. It has nice stuff. Low end to high end items. I am alumni so I have to give it 5 stars!

Love going into college bookstores. Always a bit overpriced but hey, it's a great souvenir.

Nice employees with a bunch of 50% off items. Good place to stop if your in the area.

I still give 5 for products but for real customers, it’s not nice at all for not opening a restroom for them. Not a Go Bears spirits at all. Shame!
