I've been a customer at Neil's on & off over 25 years.
I'm glad to be back in Shelton where the pharmacy staff are amazing even when you're having a bad day.
Can't blame them for medication manufacturers shortages, not their fault.
They've always gone above and beyond in customer service.
I picked up my mom's meds & supplies here for many years, as well before she passed away.
As long as I'm in Shelton, I go to Neil's for all my pharmacy needs. And I'm a huge fan of the old fashioned licorice & anise candy!😃

We are so grateful for this business. It is a great place to find nice gifts, sweets, cards, and necessary yet hard to find medical supplies. Even more importantly, the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff have outstanding service. They are prompt, and congenial. Andrew explains medications, their use, and side effects. Always our "go-to" business!

Greatest little pharmacy in Indian Springs. I had a flat tire so they brought my medicine to me. Begged the guy to take a 5 dollar tip and he refused. I will never use any other pharmacy. They are tops in customer service. Great people, great service.

Great lil small-town pharmacy. The employees are always friendly & even fronted me a few days worth of meds recently when my doctor took his time responding to their refill request after I'd run out. It was a medication which can cause seizures if I were to quit taking it suddenly so the folks at Neil's really helped me out.. didn't ask for money either and turned down payment when I offered. Before Neil's I used to go to the Walmart pharmacy and I'm never going back there, Neil's has been a huge improvement.

They have for years worked so hard to make sure that as many of my prescriptions would be as fully covered by insurance as possible. The friendliest and most knowledgeable employees. I have used Neil's Pharmacy for approximately 40 years.

If I could give more stars to this business I would. The pharmacy is fantastic. The staff is professional, friendly and incredibly smart. They are respectful to everyone who comes in. To top if off, it’s an amazing store to buy gifts and trinkets to keep. Again, awesome people who run the store. This place gets 50 stars!

To the potential customer that is thinking about going this pharmacy for meds, plz know that I and alot of ppl Love this store. This makes the pharmacy part very busy. But worth the wait if your looking for a permanent pharmacy. The quickest place is Med Shoppe.

You cannot compare the experience at Neil's with a big corporation. If you like doing business with people that go out of their way and know your name, I would move my prescriptions to Neil's.. Best move I made.

The male pharmacist that works there is so wonderful. He explains all of your medication to you and answers all of your questions patiently. He is very nice and thorough in his explanation of your medication.

I am always treated as I am the most important customer in the store. Everyone in the store is polite and friendly. I always enjoy going there and being treated special.

Best Pharmacy ever!! I moved to Olympia and still drive to shelton to get my prescriptions. They are so helpful and kind wish more places ran their business's like them
