My daughter normally gets the decorations, so I was totally lost on how to select items for a birthday party. The team there helped me out and my wife was very happy with the selection.

Today I went and found Christmas products at a good price and with discounts ☺☺😍

I placed a curbside pickup order from Party City for my sons birthday, I ordered 15 air inflated balloons and one helium character balloon. When the balloons were brought out I noticed the latex balloons were helium filled instead of air, the women apologized and offered to fix the order. They were so fast about bringing out the replacement balloons and so kind!

Excellent customer service. Representative assisted to select and put a beautiful display of balloons for my special occasion. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

Always wonderful service and help from the kind and welcoming employees. Love coming into this location for out kids party needs because I know I can find anything I need and there's always help whenever I cant
