Rochelle the cashier is the best. She's always so friendly and helpful.
This store has the most reasonable meats around. Flowers are also a good price. They have a robust international section. Every week or so they have a $10 of $50 coupon on their app or mailed add (or both). Mondays they have a military discount.

Top Notch Manager
Was in the 1/3/22 iconic I-95 VA winter storm shutdown. After getting stuck on the off ramp and having to be towed/pulled off the ramp I managed to find a safe place to park my truck at the Shoppers grocery store located at 1505 Stanford Market Pl, Stanford, VA
The store was about to close so I grabbed a few things quickly and proceeded to check out. A store manager was working a register and very friendly despite the weather and caos. I asked to make sure he was ok with me sleeping in my vehicle in the parking lot because all hotels were booked and the was nowhere else to go. He was totally fined with that and expected others would be out there sleeping their vehicles as well. He informed he would be trying to open the store at 6am the next morning.
A little after 6am that next morning (1/4/22) I noticed people walking towards the store. I decided to head that way myself so I carefully made my way across the treacherous black ice that consumed the parking lot. Arriving at the door I was greeted by the same manger who checked me out about 8 hours earlier. Not sure if he went home and came back or stayed through the night but I was surprised he was there. He stayed technically the store was still closed because he did not have any employees show up yet but welcomed people in to use the restrooms because he understood what people were going through. As I was about to leave I overheard him on the phone telling one of his employees that the interstate was still closed and recommended the employee stayed at home stating it was too dangerous. I did not catch this manager’s name but this is a good person and Shoppers grocery store is very blessed to have this person working for them. If I lived nearby I would definitely make this my place to buy my groceries. The store was large, well lit, very clean,, and great service.

I had a great experience at this Shoppers today. This was my first time going there and the staff there makes me want to go back. The store was well organized and very clean. I placed an order for 5.5 dozen cronuts yesterday (which is an extremely short notice) and they were ready at 6am today! Also, I left an item behind in their store and they kept it for me until I got there. I would definitely recommend everyone that I know, who lives near there, to definitely give this Shoppers a try. I've been to other Shoppers and this one is by far the best one I've been to.

The handicap carts was charged up an employees don't mind plugging back in if you ask them to. The produce is so fresh an they got a nice deli in their. Flowers are very pretty and I they stay alive longer than just a few days. The employees treat you right and prices are decent. You need anything don't hesitate to stop in an get what you need an they have cigs an lottery here as well

Had a great experience!! Yvonne called and went over everything again before picking everything up. She was a wonderful help. We had a big order, she helped carry things up to the front. The presentation was amazing, everything looked wonderful.

Great grocery store. Convenient location, great selection of fresh produce, meats and more. Big plus is the in-store pharmacy and M&T Bank, making it truly one stop shopping.

This was hands down the best pharmacy in the area. Laura and Shawn were both extremely competent and helpful. It is such a shame that the company that owns Shoppers Food Warehouse decided to close all of their pharmacy locations.

Between 1pm and 3:30pm on 12/10/18 I came in and asked for old boxes for moving and one of the workers (Caucasian male with glasses and red hair) was a HUGE HELP and got me 15 large boxes! He was respectful and patient, I wish I remembered his name but I hope management sees this post and tells him!

I'm pretty sure they have the best doughnuts in the whole USA, well at least in Virginia. They beat out all those fad or hipster doughnut shops that try to get to spend $3 on one freaking tiny doughnut.

We always enjoy grocery shopping at Shoppers. The pharmacy techs really put forth the effort and show that they tuely care. I was informed that I was taking way to many diabetic medications as well as mixing different I sulins that could have killed me. Mrs.Laura is an amazing pharmacist and person.

Good prices, great selection. Full self service deli, bakery.

The colossal donuts seem different than they used to be.

Go to store for meats (only store I can routinely find marrow bones among other items ), beer and wine section is decent
