Stafford location car wash broken every time I purchased monthly subscription. Most of the time I go there it’s broken. You can see my past history complaints. I just purchased monthly subscription again today and went to location and it’s broken Out of service. Asked employee When will it be fixed answer was they don’t known and they can’t help with my subscription to refund. I haven’t used 1 time. I want my subscription cancelled due to not able to use car wash at stafford location. I hope I get response

They advertise a LOW gas price IF you get the car wash. Catch is, the car wash has been down for some time but they say they have no control over changing the price on sign…

So this rating is for the car wash only. We've never been inside or used the gas station.

We tried using the air pressure/vacuum outside the car wash. The vacuum wouldn't pick up a leaf, literally. We spent five minutes trying to vacuum out the inside of the vehicle and pretty much nothing. The car was the same level of dirty minus what we shook out when we took out the car mats.

Someone else was having difficulty using the car wash itself and had to go get an employee. She looked very responsive and helpful but we didn't want to stick around and try to see if it would work for us.

This place is a nightmare.

Restroom closed at night. Horrible loud advertisements play on the gas pumps while you pump gas, can’t turn them off.

If you have a sign on I-95, don’t close your bathroom while you’re open.

Customer service here usually is ok. Kathryn ( on the receipt) was unpleasant. Was not following the companies guidelines for covid and was not forming good lines for 6 feet.

Very unprofessional and did not hold herself accountable for horrible service. She was able to take six people behind be because they formed the incorrect line. Take the sign and footsteps up if you're not going to inforce. If she paid attention, she could say something she only cares about moving her line, as it showed once Reaching the register.

HORRIBLE, NEVER SEEN HER. BEEN COMING HER SINCE BUYING PROPERTY 15 years ago.

Guy that is currently working the register right now (9/12/2017 8:25pm) that is middle aged and balding isn't paying attention to the customer's at all. He's watching a movie on his phone and even when you go up to the register, he sometimes still doesn't recognize you until you call him or say excuse me.
We also paid for our gas inside, came out to pump gas and it still says to pay inside because he never activated our pump, and we even waited a couple minutes before having to go in, interrupt his movie and tell him again.

Some light skin girl was speaking reckless to me and when I arrived she was outside smoking cigarettes and she didn’t serve me because I was laughing when I arrived and she called my uncle drunk I felt offended because why I couldn’t be severed I’m so hungry today is July 23rd 2023

This store is a rip off on gas purchases. BEWARE...... Their signs say gas is $2.09 a gallon making them the lowest price in town however the pump so are
$2.15 a gallon... When the store clerk was notified she said she was aware of it...

Never had a guard on duty to refrain people from walking on a partially wet floor. So you could not buy any drinks until the floor was dry. She would tell everyone that the floor was "closed" Really????

As I'm paying for gas, the cashier tells another man in the store that HER & HER FAMILY ALL HAVE COVID! why in the hell is she at work to spread it to everyone else?!?
