T.J. Maxx

So I live in North Carolina, and the TJ Maxx stores here do not compare. This store has a huge inventory, and the prices are great! I received some help from a girl in the jewelry department, she was very accommodating, and very sweet. She was taking the day off to celebrate her 21st birthday which was the following day. She couldn't have been nicer, and is great PR for TJ Maxx. The people at the checkout were very polite and professional as well . And overall good experience

Bottom line up front, I am fully satisfied with my most recent visit to TJ Max in Stafford market place. It’s a one stop shop for the family due to the diversity of products they offer. The products’ are good quality with competitive prices compared to other stores in the area. The store layout was convenient and well organized, which helps a lot when looking for a specific item. In addition, the promotions and discounts during the holidays were unbelievable! The only thing I would recommend is to add a section for men’s shoes.

Clean and organized. A great selection of items from pets to home furnishings and all at great prices. The service was good and quick through the checkout. Friendly and helpful staff. Would love if they would integrate Samsung pay into their registers, but overall great stop.

A great place to shop for many thinks from clothes, perfume, bedding, to pet products.
Prices are reasonable, store is always well kept, an easy place to spend your money 😀.

I always get a welcoming feeling every time I come here. The managers, Qabas and Janice is very nice and kind. This is the only place I go to shop for my needs.💗

They have a great offering of quality luggage pieces, sunglasses and high quality clothing; where I've found nice linens pieces for the summer.

Good size store with a solid selection at the right price. Inventory rotation is good so if you are value shopping this place is a good first stop.

I just stopped by because I had a coupon for $10.00, so I figured maybe some Christmas stuff for next year ~ I came out with a full cart & a smile on my face & in my heart ~ bought not only marked 1/2 off Christmas items but Valentines Day celebratory items for my Granddaughters first place & kitchen gadgets too!! I always find unusual gifts that become treasures there. Employees are helpful, kind, & share a smile...great place to find wonders!

Janice , Prince and Nas are the epitome of an excellent customer service experience. I was in the store and lost my phone. You would have thought it was my child the way the team was so understanding and willing to help me. It was my fault I left my phone in a cart and walked out. One person kept
Calling and others walked the store and found it in the dressing room. The customer whose cart it was in didn’t know what the sound was so paid
It no mind. I appreciate all the help.

I love this location! It is always clean, they’re constantly updating/changing the items that are setup in line of view, when you first walk into the store. I appreciate seeing new items, when I walk in, especially when they relate to an upcoming holiday or season. Also, the cashiers are always AMAZING. They get the line moving with quick and effective service, while still managing to be super patient, conversate, and actually make a pt to have an overall high engagement with the customer.

Always stop when going or coming to DC. Never have anything specific, always enjoy finding treasures I can't live without. This store is always well stocked and a pleasure to shop in. The staff politely listens to my excitement as I'm checking out with all I find. Makes my day when they laugh with me. Try them, they are very pleasant and polite.

Huge selection of styles, and sorting by size was a huge help! For oversized sweaters/jackets a Large was usually good, for example, but for fitted t-shirts or dress shirts an XL was best. The line moved quickly and efficiently and the staff were very friendly!

One of my favorite places to find those weird and special deals as well as some traditional deals. They have recently remodeled the lanes and locations of the merchandise which was a bit refreshing.
There is almost always a deal for everyone who walks in the door.
The floor is always in clean order and well worth spending 15-20 minutes to just look around. You might be surprised that 25-30 minutes actually paased by.

Everyone there was super nice!! They had cute clothes when I went and Mac lipstick for $7.99, usually they’re $18. Definitely my new fav tjmaxx. They also enforce masks 🥰💫

Well set, with their safety at measure for our safety and excellent customer service associates plus wonderful products and I'm especially happy with them having a gourmet gluten-free section too.

I just wanted to share that Ryen (I’m sorry I forgot the spelling of her name but she is very pretty and has blonde hair) is such a sweet girl. She helped me during the cashier and despite the many problems I had with my TJ Maxx cards she had so many patience with me. She is a sweet and amazing girl and TJ maxx in stafford is an amazing place to shop because of employees like her.

I went shopping at 4 different places for summer clothes without ANY success. I finally went to TJ Maxx & found 4 pair of shorts & 3 shirts just over $100.00!! The fact that the dressing rooms were closed was a bummer but to my surprise, everything I purchased fit!! That has NEVER happened!! I will return!!

Very neat and orderly. Good selection of clothing and goods. Plenty of registers open, so waiting was short.
