I am very happy with the Relax the Back store in Bellevue, Washington. Thrilled might be a better word! I purchased a bed, desk, and desk chair. Everyone there is excellent at product knowledge and customer service to include even the furniture deliverers. My needs were front and center and we also had a lot of fun selecting my pieces. Wow!! My friend and I just came up from our store to have a little relaxation in one of the chairs. Brock was the sales person. He was so kind, so smart, so attentive and knowledgeable that we literally each both almost bought a chair. Very knowledgeable staff that are super helpful while also not being pushy at all. We've puchased 2 items from this store and both times had excellent service and superior quality items. Staff is wonderful at keeping us updated on both orders we had. Work chair most recently purchased has relieved all pain I was having before without it. Going back again soon 3rd time to get something to now also help my husband. Worth the hour drive each way we make every time.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Relax the Back. The service has been excellent and everyone at the store (and particularly Chelsea) is incredibly knowledgable and happy to answer any questions about their products, which are also excellent and well worth the investment.

Recently purchased 2 Gravis ZG chairs from Relax the Back in Bellevue.

Chairs are great and service was even better. Salesperson expertly explained the features of the chairs, setup delivery for us and kept up to date with delivery schedule.

Delivery installers were also great, very professional and cordial. Brought the chairs in and set them up, showing us how to operate them. Then made arrangements to haul off our sad, old sofa.

All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Relax the Back in Bellevue is my favorite store of all time. We live in Richland, Wa and from time to time we drive over the mountains to test drive chairs and then drive home. While the store was crazy busy yesterday, the staff did an excellent job of talking to each customer as they came in and provided personalized, educational, customer service for each one. There are no high pressure sales tactics here. You can come in, receive a free 30 minute massage in one of their massage chairs, and not purchase anything. The staff trust that your body will let you know what works best for you. This is truly a relaxing store to shop in!

Danielle greeted us with a friendly smile as soon as we walked through the door. She then went on to spend the next 5 hours patiently explaining the benefits and proper usage of every chair, table, and product we looked at yesterday - while also serving a number of other customers as well. I have had 5 neck surgeries, so Danielle helped each chair fit my body, made sure the neck support was comfortable, and patiently answered my many questions. When sit-to-stand desks caught my eye, Danielle explained the benefits of the desks they had on the floor as well as the needed assembly units that would be required to set up my laptop so it would be at the right height for healthy body mechanics. I honestly hadn’t come in hoping to buy a sit-to-stand desk on this trip, but the quality of the Invigo Ash Sit-To-Stand desk was such a beautiful answer to the recommendation from my surgeon that I use a sit-to-stand desk to decrease my neck pain that we couldn’t say no.

Having previously purchased a HT Perfect Chair, I was also eager to try the newer Human Touch Gravis ZG Recliner with heat and massage. Hands down, the quality, comfort, massage, and heat make this the Cadillac version of Zero Gravity recliners. Human Touch finally made a chair that allows the neck region to be adjusted via a motor so that it supports each user in just the right way.

We want to thank Danielle for her excellent customer service and her tireless willingness to help us make wise choices. They even loaded the heavy Gravis chair into the back of our car for our trip home to see Richland. All in all, this was another successful trip to Relax the Back in Bellevue!

This place is amazing. If you have back problems and are working from home like many people right now, go here and they will give you customer service like you've never seen. The prices can seem high on items if you aren't used to shopping for nice office chairs, but the chair I got is going to last me at least 20-30 years, so it's a matter of justifying it if you do have specific health issues. I do, so to me it meant significantly increasing my quality of life. I even went back 3-4 times to ask questions and compare to other chairs I was looking at, and they were great to talk to. They only carry the best stuff, and I trust their staff a ton. They never steer me one direction to buy something because it will benefit them, they're really great consultants. I'll be a customer for life!

Absolutely outstanding service. Due to scheduling conflicts, I was not able to get the unexpectedly broken base of my executive Lifeform chair replaced on the usual delivery day Friday, but the Operations Manager (Matt) arranged to come out today, on a Saturday, specifically to get it done and to check over the chair to make sure it took no damage from toppling over when the base broke. This particular store has always been helpful, friendly, and reliable in keeping their records up to date, checking for replacement parts (I had a faulty chair tilt mechanism a few years back), and in being willing to accomodate their customers. Now, the Lifeform executive chair is very expensive, but I've had it since early 2015, it is incredibly comfortable, and most of the parts do indeed have a lifetime warranty--which means I no longer have to shell out $250 a year for cheap knockoffs that ONLY last a year! Buy quality with the Lifeform company, and if you live in the Greater Seattle region, go see what they have at the Bellevue Relax The Back!

Great Service and products. I went in looking for a zero gravity chair as I saw they carried the Human Touch line of Perfect Chairs, which I was familiar with from having one 15 years ago (my ex got it). Hale H. took the time to bring me up to speed on the changes in the product line since I last had one, and was the epitome of a helpful, zero-pressure sales associate. He took all the time to go every every detail I was curious about then let left to us try and retry as much as we wanted without any expectation, only to come back as we came up with new questions. The manager, Brittany, was equally helpful when it came to the purchase. After delivery, we had two small issues come up with the chair, and this is where buying locally paid off - A quick call resolved the first, and for the second one Matt and the delivery crew altered their schedule to come to our house only 1 hour later to resolve it and show me how to fix for future reference if it ever happened again (it was easy if you watched it, but hard to put into words). I'm the kind of customer who values quality furniture, and the Perfect Chair(tm) goes along with the Eames and Aeron chairs we have. When buying brands like those as opposed to Ikea (nothing wrong with, just different), the warranty, and service really matter, and I have complete confidence in Relax the Back to provide that, as they already demonstrated to me. Highly Recommended, and we'll be back.

This is great service! I purchased a chair for my father that has a mechanical lift mechanism. The staff, especially Paul, was helpful both on the phone and in the store. Delivery was done smoothly , including putting the chair up the stairs into my father's living room.

I can not say enough great things about Sr. Wellness consultant, Ms. Brittany Ogum. She's fun, down to earth and a true professional. I am grateful for the exceptional service provided by Steve, the office manager. I called Steve to ask for his assistance in trouble-shooting my 95-year old mother’s relax the back reclining chair. The chair is critical to my mother’s comfort and well being and we were looking at a replacement cost of more that $2,500. Once I alerted Steve to the issue, he agreed to come to my mother’s place and try to repair the chair—which he was able to do by swapping out a controller. Thank you, Steve!

A big thank you to Paul and is expert delivery crew. We received our new adjustable base for our tempur pedic bed. It is wonderful! This must be our fourth or fifth purchase from this store and everything has been great and of the highest quality. Our backs love us!

I was thrilled to find a place where I could actually test a massage chair in-person. Matt Dyson was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I purchased the Human Touch Super Novo, which arrived several weeks later. The chair has been absolutely fantastic, and I'm thrilled to have purchased it.

Relax The Back in Bellevue is THE BEST. We bought our Inada massage chair there and the team at Relax The Back is like a family. Of course the product was great (they only carry the highest quality) but more importantly, the service was amazing. Absolutely incredible. The delivery, assembly, positioning in the home, testing, etc. was world class. They will not stop until you are 100% satisfied. I refer all my friends and colleagues to the Bellevue Relax The Back.

Just had an excellent experience with Paul. He spent 1.5 hours with me and went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct ergonomic pillow for optimal neck support. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and even stayed an extra half hour after closing to make sure I was taken care of.
