Not sure why this place has bad reviews. As far as US Post Office's go -- this is one of the best. I have a small business and I drop packages here at least three times a week and they are always beyond friendly. I'm a big fan.

This location is a Carrier Annex. You can PICK-UP notified mail/parcels and drop-off prepaid mail/parcels. Be sure to RING THE BELL. If you need postage or other services, the closest full-service Post Office is 1025 Nevin Avenue (0.8 miles away, 4 min drive).

After they received my request, they sent me the package on Tuesday(5/29)

Never received a package the mail carrier had the nerve to leave a notice saying there was no secure location available come on that's not true that person didn't take out the time to make sure I receive my package that's total BS I'm not buying that story I've never had a problem with the delivery of my packages this has to stop these guys need new management fast..

Always a wait. Not a standard Post office. Only a neighborhood distribution annex.

Ordered a package, and it's been Stucked there for a very long time and I still haven't seen it. I messaged the seller and he/she isn't replying back too. Very disappointed.

They are okay. They were nice to me but the place sucks. Only got one person to help

I have not been this frustrated in a very long time. just spent 45 minutes trying to find a package that has been in their facility for over a week with no movement and I can’t get anybody to help me so annoying.!!’

I ordered an air purifier from Amazon which is about twenty pounds. For some reason they used the postal service to deliver it. On the date of delivery, it didn’t arrive. This package did not require a signature, so it should have been left at my doorstep. However, no slip was left there or in my mailbox. I called Amazon to figure out what happened. They said the tracking data shows the carrier decided to take the package back to the post office for no reason they could see. At this point I was annoyed, because that means I would have to go to this post office which has a very bad reputation as well as in an unsafe area. Anyway, I then filed a complaint with the USPS online. The next day I got a call back from Damon, the post office supervisor. I informed him of the incompetence of that postal worker who basically decided they didn’t feel like delivering my package. I stated the reason they are incompetent is that no slip was left, no basic protocol was followed. If you can believe this illogical twist, Damon tells me not to insult his postal worker. What, because I stated a simple fact? It is incompetence for a postal worker to decide on their own that they don’t feel like doing their job and then leave no explanation for the customer. He then proceeds to make an excuse for her saying she had some injury which made her decide not to deliver my package. My question is why is she working if she can’t deliver anything? And, why couldn’t she at least leave a slip? Or go to the front office and ask them to help her move the package which was only twenty pounds? Please just follow BASIC PROTOCOL. It takes only a minute to leave a slip. Furthermore, no lifting is required to do that! Then Damon tells me I was notified. I respond that I wasn’t, not at all. He doubled down defending this worker, offering absolutely no respect for customer service. I end the conversation saying I am going to report him, to which he replies with a nasty attitude that he basically doesn’t care and to go right ahead. I then call my condo association manager, who looks at the surveillance video and she can see that the mail carrier never drove onto my part of the property. And no slip was left in my mailbox either. Just as I said it all happened! Then out of the blue the day after the package was supposed to be delivered, a guy suddenly shows up in the evening with the package. I guess they realized the right thing to do is to actually deliver packages.

This USPS annex went from never answering their phone to not even listing a phone number. Plus they’ve lost my mail twice after I went to pick up my held mail.

This place is a trash. The doors are open but no one is in the building. I am not sure why USPS doesn't lock done the place. Even the website is not updated. The phone number is disconnected.
If you need to go to a post office, don't bother this location.

Finally decided to leave a review. The problem that I'm having is with the mail carriers. Since the carrier of about 5 yrs left, its been a total disaster! For the past two years I've been filling complaints every month. When will it END!!
