Wen's Baking Studio

Wow, where do I even begin? First of all, the ambience of this studio is great—it feels really spacious and there is ample seating if you want to sit down to enjoy either a drink or pastry. I preordered a matcha mousse cake with the request that it couldn't be too sweet, and Wen went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The mousse was light and fluffy and still had the distinct powdery, matcha flavor that I love. In addition, she added a thin gel layer on top with real (and edible!) jasmine buds. It was delicious! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Incredible. I don't normally post reviews, but decided I had to after trying the matcha mousse cake I preordered here. Wen was incredible with the cake. The matcha mousse was perfect and there was a jasmine layer on top with real jasmine buds as well. The flavors were extremely harmonious as I tasted every bite from the cake. Will definitely be coming back!

Wen's Baking Studio is such a cute, clean and beautiful business. Wen is super nice and helpful! The lavender milk tea was amazing and the crepe was absolutely delicious!

This place is a must try!! I've known Wen for several years now. I've taken several her baking classes. She is very patient and so thorough going into all small but crucial details for a perfect cake. I'm also a routine customer of her studio, swinging by on regular basis. I just ordered a 'police car' birthday cake for my son. As always, it was such a delicate and stunning creation! It was so delicious, very moist, light, fluffy, and NOT TOO SWEET!! (My mother normally doesn't eat any cake at all just because of way too much sugar, but she ate 2 slices this time thanks to the right amount of sweetness!) But most importantly, all ingredients she uses are as organic and natural as possible!!

Wen is absolutely a cake artist who takes her baking business to the next level. But what also attracts me more is the health values in her day-to-day baking, which in my opinion makes her studio so special and stand out in a crowd of competitors. No doubt, from now on, I'll order all birthday cakes for all my family members from Wen!

This place makes the best dessert that I can only describe as a Chinese Flan. It’s even better than the version I love so much and order at Mexican restaurants.
