Had a great experience this week with a battery replacement at SAS German Auto. Rick at the front desk was very friendly and easy to work with. They had my battery replacement done within 2 hours. I really appreciated their friendliness and how quick they worked. They were very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back the next time my car needs a tuning.

SAS has been servicing our German vehicles for several years now. They are always professional, timely and accurate in their services and/or repairs. They make it easy to support small business with their friendly and capable staff.

SAS did an amazing job repairing my Audi when the other shop I went to (after 2 visits and a ton of wasted time), could not find and fix the issue. Ken knew immediately what the problem was and even though they were busy, had the repairs done in a short time. I was referred by a friend and I’m so happy I took his advice!! Very positive experience. Scheduled appointment one week out from call. They replaced the valve covers, valve cover, gaskets, EGR valve, water pump, and radiator hoses. The job looks great, no issues, and everything cleaned up nicely. They also replaced the broken dipstick without me even asking!

Had a really good experience getting The brakes replaced in my Mercedes E350. They provided me with an upfront estimate and the time it would take for them to fix. Their overall cost was 20% lower than what the dealership had quoted.

Ken is an honest business owner. He only fixes what is necessary and always at a reasonable cost. The Audi dealership claimed they could not fix my squeaky brakes twice and Ken took care of the problem with no issues. I would highly recommend SAS German Auto.

I’ve been taking my Porsche to SAS for 2 years now and I am extremely pleased with Ken and SAS. Cars are his passion and it shows. If you want a knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy mechanic look no further. A shop I previously went to happily charged me for an oil change at time and mileage intervals that Ken said did not need service. That same shop told me two years ago to replace my battery - Ken confirmed it’s still fine. Ken always test drives my car before releasing it to make sure everything is working well. My wife brought her BMW to SAS for work not covered under warranty and has also been very happy. Highly recommended.

Ken and his team do great work, which is why we’ve been using them for years. We just had a routine service performed, but we’ve had repairs done on different vehicles as well, and it’s great to have any and all needs addressed completely and competently!

SAS German Auto Repair was super easy to work with, their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and they made the entire experience painless. In and out same day. We will definitely use them in the future to continue to service our VW Beetle.
